Wet carpet! After 12 hours on the road, we just wanted to relax in a quiet, clean, hotel room. Unfortunately, when we took off our shoes in the room, we found the carpet to be extremely wet. We learned that it had been shampooed that day. Why would they try to rent it out when the carpet was incredibly wet?!! We had to pack up our things and ask for another room. I was told by a front desk person, "The hotel is nearly sold out." What does that matter?!! You don't put guests in a room with wet carpet. Instead of the king-size bed we had reserved, we were put in a room with two, queen-sized beds. We were not compensated for the difference. We travel more than 150 days/year. We will not likely stay at this property again.

Not too far from I 80 This hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. At the counter were very helpful. It was nice having the casino across the way. This was easy to get to 80 as we were traveling and just needed a hotel for the night, but I got to cancel in the morning before we left.

Amazing day Excellent customer service and very clean I will definitely go back had a good time with my boyfriend lots of places around very clean rooms we been several places we enjoy being there almost we get points to earn free rooms so I definitely go back

Good stay It is good and easy for those going to the con right next door. We had excellent customer service at the check in. The pool was freezing and the pillows are a little too soft. But otherwise it’s a great place for a stay.

Good Stay Keith at the front desk was very helpful. He went out of his way - “a happy guest is a guest who will return”. My room was clean, large, and spacious with a separate living room area. The hotel was adequately staffed which can be a challenge to see at hotels sometimes. All staff I interacted with were friendly, kind, and helpful.
