Great staff and friendliness! Highly recommended! The place has great customer service. The rooms are affordable, they are neat and clean. Everything as in the AC TV Micro Fridge lighting etc work. The breakfast has waffles and other basic needs and they are very accommodating! They are very understanding on reservation mess ups and are more than willing to help you out! Overall great place and staff highly recommended! Thank you Western Inn for a great stay!!

TRAVELER BEWARE! Traveler beware! This place is a dump. I wish I could give it a lower rating but I can't. The hallways had mold in the ceilings. Room was hot with a/c not working. Another room the a/c was so loud. Still another room the toilet seat was painted (and chipping) to hide urine stains. Sheets in all three rooms were dirty. No elevator. This place was disgusting and a bit of a nightmare. The "manager" wanted to argue with us. We looked at three rooms before we said enough and left.

Horrible Check in went well, but that was it. The room was musty, moldy, cock roaches, spiders, bed bugs. When reported bugs to office they came in and sprayed with a 1 gallon sprayer. Turned off air because he said bugs were coming from the air conditioner. It was 95° out so was very hot! Manager argued with me about the condition of the room and they didn't have bed bugs. They offered me a handicap room which seemed cleaner until I woke up with my legs all bit up and counter full of sm dead bugs either fleas or bed bugs. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling and the shower handle was broke off. Mattress pads were urine stained and bedcoverings were dirty also. Gaps around outlits. Hallway outlet looked like it had been on fire Would not stay here again no matter how cheap it was.

Kinda sketchy I recognize options may be limited during the Men's CWS, and costs crazy high - so this place is a more affordable option. Bite the bullet and stay elsewhere. Language is difficult. Amenities are sparse. A/C may or may not work. May attract a less than desirable crowd.

Keep on Driving Checked in to one room & waited for an hour for it to cool down. Finally moved to different room that actually had air conditioning. New room the bed sounded like a tympani every time you sat down on it. Mattress was not good. This motel is cheek by jowl with the railroad track. Language problems were a sparkling part of the experience. Does allow pets.
