Went to Cinnci/Tiger ball game I chose this for my revisit to Cinnci ballpark. I am visiting all the ballpark when the Tigers play there. It is about 2 miles to game. Check in was quick and I was given a map for a Shuttle to go to the ballpark for $1. Go out to the street, go left and past the White Castle , in front of the hotel next to it, there is a sign telling you about the shuttle. The sign is turned the other way. There are all the big fast food places to the left of the hotel. There also is the Waffle house and a Speedway gas station(R at the light). The room has a small kitchen in it. The hotel is basically under the bridge so you get some vehicle noise but not bad. The breakfast is VERY simple. Bev, muffins and breakfast bar!!!!!!!!!! Went to the Waffle house! When I went to the shuttle area waiting, a EV pulled up and offered a free trip to the ball park. So I took that. When the game was over, you had to walk down to the bridge to pick up the EV trip back.

Filthy! We were skeptical when we walked into the very small lobby that was dark and dingy. So we did not unload our luggage and inspected the room. HORIBLE! The toilet didn't fully flush, both the bathroom and "kitchenette" floors were sticky. If you wanted any supplies (coffee maker, utensils, cups) you had to check them out at the lobby. The counters were straight out of the '60s and peeling. The window had been left open, indicating the room smelled. We asked for our money back and went 500' to the Holiday Inn which was lovely, very clean and offered a free full breakfast.

Excellent My home away from home! I feel like family every time I walk through the door. Everyone so nice and helpful. Love that the rooms have kitchens. Always so clean and comfortable every stay, and I’m obviously here a lot.

Not giving a third strike My sister and I stayed here in 2018 and wrote in our review about how awful it was. There was a response from the inn saying they would take steps to remedy the issues we pointed out. I thought that five years later it would be safe to give them another try. We booked in advance for a 2-night stay. Not a good idea. We checked in and went to our room to discover leftover pizza and salad in the refrigerator. Housekeeping left us 2 bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel for two adults for two nights. This time we DID have electric outlets but there was no hairdryer! The desk clerk was not at the desk the majority of the time and when we did find him, he could not locate a hair dryer for us. (Another guest said she had been told that management made the decision to eliminate the hair dryers because guests kept stealing them.) After a hot visit to the ball park, we wanted to come back to a nice shower before bed so we had to go to bed with wet hair! Want some ice? Traipse back down to the first floor to the only vending area – and don’t forget your room key as that’s the only way to gain entry. Day two our room key no longer functioned causing another trip to the front desk (and another search for the desk clerk.) To top it all, the bus to the ball game doesn’t even come to this parking lot any more but stops at the Courtyard Marriott down the street. Maybe next time I’ll book there.
