Overnight stay on the Kentucky side of the river Stayed here once years ago when visiting Cincinnati, and decided to again. Despite arriving early, around 10AM, my room was ready. The hotel is older with multiple hallways, but it’s well kept. My room was small, but it was clean. AC worked well, shower was OK, and bed comfortable. View outside wasn’t spectacular, but you could see one of the bridges over the Ohio River. Parking is normally $7, but free for me since I am an IHG member. Walking distance to downtown Covington, and a long but certainly doable walk to downtown Cincinnati. Not much other than fast food and a tiny bar/pizza place with short hours in the immediate area. There’s a hotel bar that also serves breakfast, but I did not eat there. Pool is outdoor at 5 feet deep, it was a bit cool and cloudy for late May, but I did get in a short swim.

Hotel website has misleading information The website for this hotel is so misleading. We choose it because it states they have 1 onsite Restaurant. What they have is lobby seating with alcohol available to purchase on random nights and hours. We stayed for three nights and only saw service at the very limited "bar" on one night. The website states "daily housekeeping" and not once was our room entered by housekeeping. We ran out of soap in the shower and clean towels. Vending machines were empty and soda machines had limited stock. The pool was clean but seems to be used by family/friends of the staff and they only have two umbrellas. The bed was comfortable.

Baseball mom took care of us Rhonda in group sales is a fellow baseball parent and really went out of her way to make sure our team and families had everything we needed. This hotel is in a great location and is well taken care of. It was extremely hot the week of our tournament so the outdoor pool came in handy. I also need to mention that Lora and Sherri at the front desk were top notch. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and obviously powered our boys enough because we went undefeated. The large common area included a bar/restaurant and plenty of space for multiple teams and families. Loved seeing dogs with their owners since this place is pet friendly. No doggie smell at all! Thank you to the amazing staff and keep up the good work.

Nice for the price The room was outdated which surprised me because the exterior and the entrance of the hotel were both nice and updated. the entryway to the room was really tight, but the bathroom was nice and updated. The location was perfect, and the staff was friendly!

Great spot to stay if going to see the Reds The hotel was nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice and clean and the water was a little cool. The location was not there, as we walked a few blocks to get to some nice restaurant options. Overall a pleasant experience.
