Terrible place to stay I am currently disputing the charge on my credit card. I was so upset when I arrived as our party was booked altogether on one floor months in advance. When I arrived I was placed on a different floor and treated with no respect. As a single traveler, I booked beside my friends. I was also over charged. I stayed two nights and was charged over $500 . I would like to tell you more but at this point, I will save it for the disputed charges. I got nowhere with your staff and management so I feel I am wasting my time and energy answering these surveys.

Nice newly painted room….smell left me with a headache Lovely lobby & updated room. However they recently painted the rooms and the smell of the new paint made me ill. Gave me a massive headache. My asthma started acting up. Called desk and they said hotel is full so came up with some spray “air freshener “. Didn’t help. I would hope they tell future guests when they have done some painting so those people don’t get sick too

Keep Your ID Available Great hotel. Spacious, clean, and modern entrance. Room was clean with what we needed but small in terms of the space between the bed and tv/drawer unit. The shower head could use a little CLR. Breakfast was fantastic- great options - from toast and cereal to freshly made pancakes, sausages, bacon, and cubed potatoes. You can even get a made-to-order omelette. We enjoyed watching the Olympics while we ate. Our check-in went well but we only received one room key card. I was the one that checked us in and didn’t notice until we got to the room. We walked right passed the desk with our bags and dogs. After we got into our room, my husband went back down to the front desk to ask for a second room key card. Note: He HAD the single room key card in its sleeve with our room number on it. The gentleman at the desk asked my husband for ID which he did not have because he’d left it in the room. Then he asked for my (his wife’s) phone number. My husband remembered most of it but that wasn’t good enough. If my husband was going to steal, or whatever, why would he need a second key card? My husband was frustrated and walked away. Then, I went down. I brought my ID AND the room keycard we had. The same employee- who was there when I checked in 5-10 minutes prior- asked me for ID and I showed it. He scrutinized it for what felt like eternity and then finally gave me a second key card. WTF??? So, no five stars. Oh, doors yo the building are open… always.

Nice place Nice hotel. When you walk into the lobby it is massive. Hotel has definitely been renovated and is still in the process as it would appear. Great value for money and would stay here again. It's on the main Highway going through town and is close to everything.
