Great hotel. Great rooms. Stayed 1 night. Rooms are lodge/chalets. Heating in rooms which is needed. Big beds. Very clean. WiFi good. Breakfast good - but not a buffet. Restaurant and pizza restaurant part of hotel. Reasonably priced. Transport provided to train station- but it’s walking distance if you are travelling light. Looked like one of the best hotels in Creel.

Very poor experience. The customer service was horrible. The staff was rude. My family and I left hungry and unsatisfied Overpriced rooms and very poor customer service. We also ordered food from the grill and the meat was chewy, dry, and not rib-eye like they were trying to sell. When we told our waiter he insisted it was rib-eye and just walked away. Very disappointed after a long day of hiking. My family and I just wanted to have a nice dinner. Would not recommend.

Authentic mexico We booked three nights here and when we first arrived in Creel we thought we had made a mistake but we were wrong. W had a great time and this is by far the best place to stay in town. It holds true to an authentic, old west, Mexican feel. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious. The bar is a great place to hang out in the evening, we also ate there ( great chicken tacos). We stayed herein January and it as cold at night so the fire in the bar added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. A big shout out to Edwin who works in the bar and was fun, friendly, and extremely helpful. He also spoke English and he got called out to help us when we were checking in and had questions. Thanks again Edwin!

A POOR EXPERIENCE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVERAGE Unfriendly front desk personnel. Was not greased and instead was left standing until I requested assistance. The lobby was a bit disorganized and not welcoming. The hot water my room did not work the second night. When I called the lobby for assistance, they said maintenance would take of it later. They eventually took care of the problem but never advised me. Instead I was left waiting for figure out the hot water was once again running. The room was clean. I did have to request that it be serviced the second day. It was close to noon before house keep did their thing. The hotel in generally is not the nicest nor the newest. Putting aesthetics aside, had the personnel been a little more helpful and friendly, the rating could have been average.

Great Place to Stay We throughly enjoyed our stay very up to date room with all amenities and very cozy. Spacious entrance area and lobby and a dining room full of character and the feel of a hunting lodge. Good breakfast , perfect location in town also on the Main Street would not it hesitate to go back or recommend.
