Questionable quality We chose this hotel for its convenient location near family when we came through town for a short visit, however, once we checked in, we realize this might’ve been a mistake even though this property was marketed under the IGH family of hotels. The room was dirty and furniture soiled. There was a chair in the room that most of us would’ve thrown out long ago. Very disappointed to say the least. Somebody from the home office to stop by and check this place out.

Worst hotel ever The shower was leaking moldy water from the shower above us. The room hadn’t been dusted and it also had a pungent smell to it. They also refused to give a refund so that we could find another hotel so we had to tough it for two days. The mold had triggered my girlfriend’s asthma so not a good night sleep for us

Just totally gross! I couldn't have been more disappointed. The room had not been cleaned. There were socks and dirty tissues on the floor. There was barbecue and grease stains on the bed. The faucet in the bathroom leaked constantly and the temperature control didn't work. The shower curtain rod was broken and wouldn't close and flooded the bathroom. The sink faucet shot water out to the side. The walls and ceiling in the bathroom were coated with mold and mildew. The carpets and upholstered chair were filthy. We wouldn't have stayed, but we were in town for a golf tournament and everything was completely booked. No one should have to stay in this room, especially for $130 per night. I have a reservation for another (No/Low) Quality Inn in the future and I'm canceling immediately.

Will never stay at this hotel again Do not stay at this hotel! Rooms are filthy. Non-Smoking hotel, yet all bed linens had burn marks and stains on them (not isolated… we had 3 rooms for our family and all had the same thing). One of our rooms had previous guests’ belongings in the refrigerator and the fitted sheet was littered with hair! When they called the front desk to get clean sheets they were told that the laundry was closed and they had to wait until the next day. After much discussion they were finally able to get one set of sheets, although not a fitted one. They were told they had to make it work. Mold in the bathroom. One room had an ironing board but no iron (they must have taken it out of the room due to an iron burn mark on the carpet). Management was in the lobby in the morning when we left for the day and did not acknowledge us at all… not even a good morning.

Warning Don’t Stop here!!! Smelled like smoke, dirty, staining all over the bed covering. Free breakfast…NOT!!!! Don’t look to eat here and coffee just bypass it!!! This is a dump..wouldn’t stay there ever again. Disgusting !!!!
