HORRIBLE I needed adjoining rooms for my family and when I checked in, the rooms weren’t adjoins. The manager was not apologetic but rather annoyed that I was asking for a change. The rooms keys worked 50% of the time. The hotel had a bad, strange smell. The carpets are stained and dirty. The windows and doors are dirty. The pool was dirty and cloudy. My kids said the pool smelled bad and wouldn’t swim in it. My youngest couldn’t go in it because it was hurting his eyes so bad. That says a lot for my boys who normally would never turn down a swim. The grille food was awful and they accepted cash only. There was what looked like boogers/mucous wiped on my son’s bed/comforter. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The lights in the bathroom had broken fixtures. The air conditioning units and bathroom fans in the room were filthy. I have never been so uncomfortable at a hotel. DO NOT SAY HERE.

No hot tub The website says that the hotel has a hot tub or spa. The “spa” is the indoor pool. Both pools were dirty, the indoor one is very sharp on the bottom with loose rocks. Only 2 towels in the room with 4 guests

Not a great experience. Won’t stay here again Facility was dated and dirty. The majority of the staff was not friendly with the exception of the girl working the bar area Saturday night and the night shift front desk staff.

The Place Has Gone Way Down We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the last year as we travel. This visit was on of our worst. There was one person working the desk to take care of check in and questions. A longer line of course. We were given our first room and there was an industrial extension cord going from one room to another. We opened the door and there were computers and a very used room including an unflushed toilet. I went back and waited again at the front desk and explained it to the clueless clerk. He then tried to find me another room and we lugged all our luggage from the 2nd to the 1st floor to get to a smoke filled room. Someone had recently been using it to smoke perhaps as they knew it was a $250 add on to smoke in their own room. Using a vacant room to smoke... I went back to the desk for a third time to be told there were no other 2 bed rooms except one used for guests with pets. He knew that one would smell too. The place was not filled at all so I have no clue why there were not 2 bed rooms. We were then offered a king which we did not really want but after traveling 8 hrs we didn't have much choice. The room had a cheap cologne smell to it but it was better than a smoky or pet smelling room. We had to wash everything and air out our suitcases when we got home. The rooms definitely need a good cleaning and refresh if not a remodel. Beware of what you eat on the breakfast if you have a sensitive stomach. It appears all is microwaved. It is a nice breakfast for sure but take what you are 100% sure about and beware of the fried apples and scrambled eggs. This used to be a favorite travel hotel. Improvements are needed.
