Always an enjoyable stay! Second time going and was just as good as the first. Not a 10 star hotel but still very homey! Stayed for a week and definitely enjoyed the staff and the hospitality the whole time! Always will enjoy the great pancake dispenser and the variety for the breakfast! Who could be upset when there are warm chocolate chip cookies when you walk in!!! The elevator is the only thing I have ever and might always be concerned about but they are definitely there when you need something!!

Road trip stop on the way to the Rockies The hotel was right next to I -40 exit. There is a Macdonald’s next to the hotel. You just have to drive by it to get to the hotel. We arrived kind of late, but they gave our room quickly. The room was clean and functional. Good breakfast was available as well. If Knoxville is your destination, it is an hour away. If Nashville is your destination, its about two hours.

Very clean inn We were pleased with our recent stay at this Inn. We found everything to be very clean. Our suite was large enough and it is always convenient to have a sofa in a room for adequate seating. Even though it is close to an exit ramp on I 40 we heard very little highway noise. Our room also faced a woods and a little used parking area. It would have been nice to have two elevators in case the only one needs maintenance…it was squeaky. The breakfast choices were adequate though I felt that a few more tables were needed. One day, I had to take my meal to our room.

Met expectations. Did not exceed. Very average I think average is fair. Can’t say it is very good. Not the friendliest welcome but I can live with that. Room large. Good shower. Tv channels good. Two issues with my room 1) aircon unit was so loud. Did not come on until I was in bed so not easy to change room so switched it off but then the room got hot. No way can you sleep with that unit as it is 2) one of the two double beds had sheets that looked like they had been slept in before. No great issue as slept in the other bed. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel Great hotel and stay very clean but indoor pool was broke didn"t find that online until i booked Resturant just a half mile south called Cancun Mexican great food and nice family people would stay here again
