Pleasantly surprised on numerous levels We stayed here impromptu with our two dogs during a long road trip and it was so nice to stay in a room that didn’t smell moldy or smokey. Very comfortable. Nice they had a mowed area for the dogs too

Very affordable! I was returning from a Casting Crowns concert in Ky, heading to NC and was exhausted. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this jewel in Crossville. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean in a no fuss way. The shower was wonderful!!!!! That was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had! Very impressed!

Motel quality This motel was somewhat clean on inside but outside of the building and the parking lot was trashy, unkempt, and extremely noisy at night. The Room heater didn't work at all and it was in upper 30' s at night. When it was reported to the office, it was passed off saying they'd have it looked at the next morning. Refused to Refund my money back and I had to go to the Red Roof Inn across the interstate. I don't recommend this Motel to Anyone.

Count springs not sheep This place was fairly clean but the worst bed I've ever been in paid for two night but left after the first the bed was so hard and the springs were awful. There were a few shady looking people hanging out outside looked like permanent residents

Mildew Milieu Upon check-in, I was met by a grouchy old woman with a tee shirt on that had a negative message. Upon seeing my license and that I came from NY, she felt the need to tell me that she was never as far as NY, and didn't plan on ever being. I told her that was a great idea. The room was rundown, but surface clean. The bathroom was just frightening, as the walls and all around the bathtub and in the soap holder, were filled with black mold and mildew. I couldn't check out early enough. Never again. Ever.
