The best Asian place to stay. Very nice place with excellent service, ammenities and food. I think the service is the best. You really travel to Asia when you stay in this hotel. The quality of the food is excellent, the pool with a good temperature maybe it is less than 1.50m it is really good for kids.

Beautiful hotel, lack of good service, management is focus on profits, not on customers, and it is not employees fault. Service is bad due to lack of training. Fast check in, they give the wifi password but it does not work anywhere in a huge hotel, except for the lobby but they do not say. Keys are disabled when near a cellular phone, and you need to go back all the way to the lobby and they know it! At the Sunday restaurant, you're welcome with 2 buffet options. If you want a la carte they do not know, it took several questions until someone came with a QR code which showed a very complete and excellent menu, why do they hide it? Obviously all is about management training, too much cost cutting and little investment. This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Mexico country, it is a shame that it beauty gets shadowed by the service.

Invasion of privacy, zero respect. Stayed here for the weekend, order room service, recieved it and payed for it, left my room with the dont disturb sign, came back to an empty room, no food and another do not disturb sign on the inside. People came into the room with no authorization and threw away my room service. Called front desk and they just took my complaint. This is just Unacceptable for any kind of porperty. No refund and no explanation. Theres a reason for the sign

Honey moon We had the best honey moon ever ! The place is really so beautiful and the environment is peaceful tranquil and full of Magic, a perfect temperature huge pool with snacks and bar service to keep the party and the stomach happy. Restaurant service and food are exceptional, go for the beef soup and the Tom yum soup also sushi and the grill and they also made our first husband and wife dinner special with candles and a nice menu. Make time to get into the kabuki theater replica from Kioto, inside is worth to see the ceiling and hear Barbara Woolworth (the first owner of this place ) story, how she end up finding this land and creating this Japanese In mexico paradise ! On top of all Rodiber Jose Perez treated us and welcomed us like royalties and make us feel Better than in home ! Thanks for all the good moments :) 5 stars and beyond for making us super happy :) def we will come back when we have a Chance !!! _ One little thing : just keep one thing in mind that we didn’t like to be honest: wifi is not working in the room. Neither in the pool areas, the only place to have wifi access is the reception and it makes it toughest when you need to access to a class or for work purposes or even to keep the communication with business and family or friends, that is the only problem if they solve this, then this is the place to stay for weeks.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!! We stayed here because we attended a wedding nearby. The hotel is amazing, the service was stunning Thanks to al the staff who I’d like to recall their names but I sadly don’t. Neat gardens and amazing japanese style buildings!!! Highly recommended!!!
