Old We rented the suite with jacuzzi wich didnt work just a tub with hot water we complained and basically the answer was well we cant do anything the reception woman liz very rude we arrived asked for ice and she said we dont have a lot we can give you a cup really, you pay for a top room and it doesnt work and the response was we cant do anything about it very unsatisfying experience

Beautiful Rooms are very clean, common areas are beautiful bars are variety of cocktails and drinks _. Perfect location close to everything at front of mexican army make me feel safe Villa Bejar are one of the best hotels to stay in Cuernavaca GRACIAS

Charming property Charming property on the outskirts of Historic district. Two pools, pool bar, wedding venue, inside and covered outside dining. Menu is satisfactory. Sunday Champagne Brunch is excellent. Rooms are adequate. We had 2 beds, but I see 1 bed is available. Staff is very helpful, very friendly. Limited English in Cuernavaca. If you don’t have your car, taxi everywhere. 50 pesos one way to historic center. “Hop on” bus only—1 hour. City tour. Take Pullman Executive bus from Mexico City around 45 minutes - taxi is too much $80!! Visit Taxco!!! Be prepared for an evening of music if hosting a function here. It can be loud and quite late. 2:15 am! Too late for noise for other guests

Amazing experience Place was fantastic. We attended a baby shower party, which had the greatest details. The room had a terrace with a jacuzzi, everything felt great. Place was sanitized, even the garden, they hired an external supplier to do it before the event.

Very beautiful hotel but... Pretty hotel. But no A/C or any way of cooling down the room. Also, the beds are quite hard; need to be much softer. Pillows could also be softer. The rooms are big and spacious, clean, and well kept. The staff are nice. We needed taxi service quite often, and it took quite a long time many times for the hotel to get us a taxi. Staff are nice and friendly.
