Here in town for a wedding When I first saw that this was an open to the outside hotel and alot of construction people I was skeptical of what our stay would be like. It was amazing. Love the wood plank floors instead of carpet. The beds were super comfortable and we barely heard any noise! Definitely a great place to stay!

Do NOT stay here! Nastiest MOTEL I have ever seen! Roaches, bugs, holes in the floor and walls, tv didn’t work, bugs and hair in the bed… do NOT stay here! Cannot get hotel to return my calls regarding this either… so that tells me that they do not care! I have contacted Wyndham directly, as well!

Very bad experience. The room had multiple issues including a one-inch hole in the tub/shower floor. The toilet seat was not secured. The door threshold had a gap of at least a half an inch. Torn sheetrock; hole in the curtain; smoke detector hanging off its mount.

5 out of 5 Stars My wife, daughter and I stay at the Day’s Inn at Dahlonega, GA. for 2 nights on mid October. The staff was fantastic in helping us resolve an issue with our reservation. They went way beyond what we expected in helping us. Fantastic. The breakfast had many many more items than I was expecting. And all fresh. The room was very clean and quiet. I happily give it 5 stars out of 5. They really want their patrons to be helped and satisfied.

The Tired Little Inn Three good things I can say are that the location is terrific, the staff was wonderful, and it was clean. The short version of criticism is that this facility is easily 30 years in need of a remodel. Several AC Outlets don't work. No USB ports. Drains were s-l-o-w to drain. Plumbing repairs were poor DIY attempts. The exhaust fan wanted to blast off for orbit. The room door opens to the parking lot and allows light, noise, and outside smoking seep in. The bathroom door was replaced with a cheap closet door and mismatched knob, undoubtedly on clearance from the local five and dime. (thanks Roberta! IYKYK) This is a near-premium location for a College and Tourist town that has year-round appeal. I paid $125 a night plus 30% tax and i'd estimate it was worth half that. If not for the staff efforts and the clean sheets and towels, i'd give it 1 star. With some capital improvements, they could reasonably charge much more.
