Cheap, friendly hotel, not the best rooms Good face to face service, but the room was less than ideally clean. It smelled like mildew, and the carpeting was damp, and I don't think it had been vacuumed in a while. Overall, it was quiet, and the bed was clean, which is what I needed for the night. It was a great deal, and I suppose you get what you pay for.

Arrived to find a PILE OF RUBBLE! AFTER Wyndham confirmed our reservations! We made reservations in September 2022 for VA Tech's graduation for the nights of May 12 and 13. Wyndham sent us confirmation of our reservations on May 10. We arrived at the address of the hotel on May 12 to find a pile of rubble! Apparently the hotel had gone out of business, but Wyndham led us to believe that all was well with our reservations. We were able to find another hotel, but because it was last minute it was twice the cost we were expecting. I feel Wyndham should reimburse us for the stress and added expense since they dropped the ball on this. Otherwise, I may never trust a Wyndham hotel with reservations again.

Experience the Jeffery Dahmer hotel!!! Avoid!!!! Well, where do I start, so if you would like to experience what Jeffery Dahmer’s apartment was like I suggest you check in to this hotel!!!! We traveled from the Uk on two flights to be met with the hotel from hell! BLOOD ON THE SHEETS AND MATTERESS. Mould in every part of the room Don’t think it had been cleaned, vacuumed since 1970. The smell of damp felt as though you were a Hobbit in a hole in the ground. Basically I feared I would catch some type of illness disease from this place. We checked out immediately and found somewhere that was much better. This hotel should be shut down it’s a hazard. Do not stay here!!!! I was with my children too I can’t believe how they expect people to pay to stay here! I wouldn’t allow a dog to stay in this hotel!

Terrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE! I gave it 1star because I couldn’t give it any less. Instead of telling a story I’m going to list the things that are wrong with our room. -Black mold was all over the ceiling. -Mildew all in the bathtub and caulking is moldy and old. -Toilet base never cleaned (in a long time) hair and dirt from other people. -Some weird white powder was all over the bathtub with stains. (Powder on fingers and scraped with my nails, what came off with my nails was on the bathtub for what felt like a long time(crusty)) we aren’t even fully comfortable giving our son a bath even after my husband scrubbed it all out. -Trash under our beds -Men were yelling outside while I was putting our 3 year old to sleep. Husband called nicely asking the front desk lady for help and all she said was she couldn’t help us if we didn’t give her our room number when he told her we were between rooms 104-109. We told her if she walked outside her office she could hear them yelling plain as day. She replies with, “well if you don’t give me your room number what do you expect me to do? Call the whole hotel?” After she was disrespectful to my husband I called and bitched her out and I ended up hanging up on her because she wasn’t trying to listen and she kept trying to interrupt me when I was talking. She was being plain lazy, disrespectful and rude just because we wanted to keep our room anonymous for the protection of our 3 year old incase our room number slipped from her mouth to the yelling men. She should not be working in customer service at all. There’s not a single person that acts like that that I can recommend for any customer service job. It’s plain disappointing how she treated us and how she treated others in these reviews. We will be calling the health department tomorrow. Along with getting the F*CK outta here. I have dirty pictures I took from our room If I can figure out how to add them on here. This place is a DUMP.

Not good This motel is not well maintained. The room was literally falling apart. Peeling paint, stains on the bedspread, broken lamp shades and towel rack. The bathtub and grout was dingy and stained and the water temp was hard to adjust.
