Lovely helpful staff make it a pleasant stay We’ve had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the crown plaza. I’ve had so many requests to make and Kiki the receptionist handled all of them with grace. She was so courteous and helpful. Yolanda the help staff always greeted us with smiles and guided us whenever we needed something. A shoutout to Perez, the security personnel for being so nice. Overall, our first time to the city of Dallas had been pleasant thanks also to a pleasant stay at the CP.

Great hotel and Friendly Staff We stayed at the hotel this past weekend and were pleasantly surprised. Read the reviews after booking a room and were a little skeptical but from the moment we got there we were meet by a really friendly staff. We did not have any of the issues that the other reviews wrote about and when dining in the hotel restaurant we ended up speaking with the table next to us and they also said they weren't sure about the hotel but had had a great experience so far in their stay. If you are going to the area I would say give the hotel a chance and you will be happy you choose to stay. We will be going back the next time we are in the Dallas area.

Great hotel and lovely staff! The family and I did a little weekend getaway, however going to a new place is always a little scary especially with kids. Huge sigh of relief when I walked into the Crown Plaza Love Field. I was greeted by a friendly/helpful front desk staff that gave recommendations of places to go for the kids. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Tired from traveling we didn’t want to leave so we took the kids to the pool and even ate there! Having everything we needed was so convenient for this tired Mama. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Incredible Family Experience We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Love Field last week and we were pleasantly surprised. I must say, we picked the hotel because it was reasonably priced, and my wife and I are accumulating IHG Rewards points for a romantic getaway in Florida. Let's just say the room was clean, the restaurant food was amazing, and we even ate dinner. The kiddos loved the indoor pool. I would be remiss if I did not mention the friendly staff. The service was more than great. We will probably be back for Halloween. Thank you, Crowne Plaza!

Security Officer Perez was amazing. Great customer service. Very impressed!!! Held my parking space while I checked in. Went above and beyond for me and my family. Thank you sir! Made sure everything was on point Clean bathroom, seams to be under renovation. But no issues with me.
