Nice place to stay I really like this place they recognize you as a diamond member. They don’t charge for parking and they still gave diamond members a good breakfast. Good parking nice location. I wish Hilton Hotels were not doing away with their executive floors and lounges.

Good stay We took a room at this property on short notice and fairly late after having a problem at another hotel. We arrived about 5 minutes after booking and they had a room for us. The associate at the desk was very helpful as were all of the staff that we met. The property is a little dated but our room was clean and comfortable. It was a little dark. This is one of the few Doubletree properties where we've been able to get a good continental breakfast for less than the $30 Hhonors credit. I used the fitness center and it was adequate. We'd stay again.

JUST BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL Stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip. I never write a review but this experience was so bad that I needed to share. From check in, the reservation was mixed up so I was on the phone calling the credit card and booking agent at nearly mid-night. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. The room door lock did not work. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, I was told these locks were old so you just have to open the door a certain way. How about putting in new locks?! Overall, the staff was just rude and uncaring about the guest experience. There are so many other hotels in the area so do yourself a favor, book another hotel so you can enjoy your trip.

Hotel employee yelled at me and adult parents This guy that worked at this place yelled at me and my adult parents saying we lied about have a ball and yelled in are face and we didn’t even have the stupid ball I am not sure of his name but this is the worst experience of my life I really think he could have handled this way better

Management team and Staff lacks Service spirit and care. My Husband is on a business trip as I write this review and he has been unhappy from the date of check in (1/28/2024) and is scheduled to leave 2/2/2024. Monday, diamond customer but was given a hard time regarding breakfast. Tuesday he asks about his Wi-Fi and the agent told him that he would make a call but didn't. My husband watched him do everything else but make the call and he asked and the agent lied and said that he had. This morning he was having breakfast and I asked him to see the view and someone approached him and asked if recording and when he told him that he wasn't, he proceeded to tell him that he need permission to record. He again stated that he wasn't and the representative tried to go back and forth with him as if he was lying about recording. This is definitely not a great representation of Double Tree and Hilton.
