Please Rescue Me Please rescue me!! Stuck here for another three days no hot water, poor breakfast, hotel is empty. This is certainly not a Hilton and should not be associated with that illustrious brand. Maintenance guy told me to run water for ten minutes as hotel is empty so that's a tip for all who stay here. By the way he was a nice pleasant guy like the man who checked us in last night very unlike the surly lady receptionist I encountered this morning when I was looking for a refund which is unrefundable by the way. So I will take my wife who has her medical issues into downtown Dallas to enjoy the day and evening and spend as little time in this 'hotel' as possible. So wish us luck until check out. Watch out for the flies in the pastry larder before toasting the bread, 15 dollars for breakfast WOW!

Less than impressed As far as Hilton hotels go this one is below the average. The carpets need to be replaced and the walls need a fresh coat of paint. The bar is a disappointment, and the breakfast buffet is less than stellar for the price paid. The most annoying thing about this place though is that you have to pay extra for parking. We were not informed of this prior to arriving.

Proceed with caution I’m baffled by the reviews stating the hotel is updated. It is in dire need of new carpet, paint, furniture. There is a stale cigarette smell throughout the hotel. The first room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We were quickly moved to another room, props for that, however the 2nd room ended up being the worse of two evils. Turns out that room was infested with bed bugs, as we had bites show up a couple of days later. I strongly caution against staying at this hotel if you are visiting someone in one of the area hospitals. I had to notify UT Southwestern of our exposure to bed bugs as we were visiting a family member in the transplant unit and had brought some of our belongings with us to the room.
