Gad Ephraim is the man! Gad Ephraim is a rockstar! He gave me 5 star respect and service at Bar 1856. I showed up one day in a kickass blue and black suit (which clearly means that my wife put it together) and he totally respected me and poured some kickass tasty cocktails. next day i showed up in jeans and an untucked shirt and he treated me the exact same way. that kind of respect is very hard to find these days. when you find it, you know you have to honor it, and that's what i'm doing right now. come on in and check him out. he won't steer you wrong with your cocktail choices, pours like a master, and helps you figure out what you want to eat (full kitchen menu).

Consistently good This has been my go to hotel in Dallas for over a decade. I've been here for conferences and solo travel and I've never had a bad experience. I think it wants to be a little more classy than it is, but it's always clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. My only dislike is the parking garage.

Disappointing stay I recently stayed at The Westin Dallas Park Central for a business trip and was disappointed by the overall condition of my room. The windows were filthy, making it difficult to even see through them. The room itself felt outdated, with no available USB ports and very few electrical outlets for charging devices, which can be especially inconvenient for business travelers. The bathroom raised additional concerns. The shower/tub combo had noticeable black residue in the grout, the ceiling showed visible staining, and the shower curtain appeared unclean. The furniture was also worn and peeling, contributing to an overall impression of neglect. I chose Westin because of its reputation for quality and comfort, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. I hope management will address these maintenance and cleanliness issues so future guests can have the standard of experience the Westin brand is known for.

Everything one could want Lovely hotel. Gentleman with glasses at the front desk is super nice and friendly. Give him a big raise!! He is probably the best person I have dealt with at check in, and I travel a lot! Hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are clean. Bathrooms are old. Tubs are narrow and slippery. Grab bars needed. Toilets are running and need maintenance. Nice gym and small pool area. Lively bar and good food.

Great business hotel, comfortable beds I stayed here the night before a business presentation as this was close to my office. I was working late and prepping abd realized our presentation pointer required batters to work (I thought it was USB) and called the front desk for help. The nicest gentleman from maintenance showed up with batteries for our presentation clicker. Thank you so much for helping!!! This hotel is great!! I also had room service which was good and the lady that dropped it was so friendly. Most of all the valets here are so kind and friendly! They made my day! Thank you so much your staff is amazing here! I can’t wait for my next stay here.
