Clean hotel & friendly staffr We stopped here o our way from FL to VT. Very nice hotel. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfy, they had a very nice variety for breakfast and the front desk staff was great upon check out & check in. Our little maltipoo was traveling with us and it was nice to have such a clean room. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Clean hotel and friendly staff April 2021 - My stay here was very good. The hotel was new and was very clean and the staff were super friendly. It is very easy to get to and there is a Trader Joes just a mile away. I would highly recommend.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. Stayed for two nights with my family in a one bedroom king suite. Upon arrival hotel was very quiet, a large portion of the hotel is under renovation and so there were likely less guests than usual. Check in was swift and gentleman at the front desk was friendly. It was at this moment that we were informed that the pool and gym were under renovation. The hubby was not happy. Being that we booked through a third party we were not informed that the gym would be unavailable. We asked if they had a sister site nearby my husband could use as has been the case when we have stayed at other Marriott locations when under renovation and sadly there was not. So that was one shadow over the experience. At check in there was a cart of treats available for guests labeled a "renovation cart" which was super cute. Had sodas and water, and a little construction box you could fill with such treats as plain m&m's goldfish, goldfish pretzels, and a couple of other assorted treats. They do not have coffee in the lobby past the morning time but do offer flavored water. Also no daily newspapers. Upon reaching our room it was clean, close to the elevator and ice machine, but there was no noise at all so that was great. I often stay at Residence Inns and the one bedrooms are actually one bedrooms so I expected the same here. It's more like a studio, where a small divider wall separates the King bed from the sofa bed and the room shares one tv. It was two nights so not a big deal but was looking forward to an actual one bedroom suite. The sofa bed was great, with a pull out bed underneath. King bed was comfy but actually too soft for me, but for those who like a soft mattress this would be bliss. There was only a blanket and a pillow for the pull out bed so I had to go to the front desk to get a sheet set. As a stated before room was very clean. Small microwave and fridge as well as small wet bar. bathroom was bright and clean and towels and wash cloths were soft. No complaints about the room other than it being labeled a one bedroom when I'd look at it more like a studio suite. Breakfast was good and the staff on duty was very friendly. So was housekeeping. I encountered them when checking out and they were very pleasant. I must say all staff I encountered had a very pleasant nature. Breakfast consisted of sausage both days, eggs, pastries, cereals, the basics. Area was clean and quiet. It is small, so I imagine when the hotel is full there may be a seating issue but it was very peaceful when we were there. The coffee is located by the front desk away from the actual breakfast area which I saw had a guest or two confused and asking where to find it but it's not a far walk from the dining area. Parking was plentiful but again I'm sure that was in part due to the limited number of guests during renovations. Still I believe the parking would be adequate for the number of rooms in the hotel. The location is easy on and off the highway and a gas station, Chipotle, etc is a short ride down the road. Upon checkout I received some bonus Marriott Bonvoy points for opting out of housekeeping services for the two nights I was there. Had to mention this at checkout because I booked through a third party site and so my Bonvoy number was not in the system. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and made sure my points would be credited to my account. I did ask if she could credit some points for our inability to use the gym but she said she couldn't because the renovations are listed on their site. Being that I booked third party, it informed us that the location had a pool and a gym, but not that it was under renovation. This was a last minute trip booked on the same day that I traveled so I didn't get to look as deeply at the location as usual. I took their word for it when I put my wishes into the search engine. Anyway, I would gladly return to this location again once renovations are complete. It was clean and bright and the staff was nice. Easy on and off the highway, quiet area and a quick drive to Walmart, Target and a ton of food options. Only thing that might prevent me is that I do prefer a traditional one bedroom option when possible and I stayed at the Residence Inn nearby before, however I prefer this location to that one.
