Great stay with Friendly Staff Great stay for 15 days while doing a job for new Tyson facility. Good price, nice breakfast, clean room and very friendly Staff. First we were welcomed in By Tasha at the front desk. Right off she made us feel welcome for our long stay. She was very knowledgeable and courteous when we questioned about local restaurants. Thank you for making this bsuiness Trip a success. Tasha keep up the good work and great welcoming smile. Brittney thank you for keeping me in the same room. Melissa you have a great crew and Quality Inn Corparate should be proud of your Motel....

Not Rated correctly If booking from a 3rd party site, it does not state they will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in by 3am the following morning, I arrived at 5am to find that my reservation was canceled. In addition, the lack of communication about the reservation being canceled is unprofessional and inconvenient. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever had my reservation cancelled for not checking in on the first day of my trip. I always book an additional day in case of travel emergencies or delays. I have had other hotels call or email me to confirm arrival time either the morning of or after a few hours past their posted check in time. After driving all night, I had to figure out where I was going to sleep for the day since my room was no longer reserved. Although the overnight staff was friendly, they seemed very oblivious to how to remedy the situation and was preoccupied entertaining the demands of a phone call which was later discovered to be a scammer directing her to break into the managers office. I was placed in a room for the time being until the supervisor could show up, who also was not very knowledgeable and refused to accept accountability for the lack of communication and false information. I refused to stay at that establishment for the following reasons: the bathroom was disgusting, toilet did not flush, mold residue in the shower, the beds had blood stains on the blanket, sheets and mattress, and more. I left and I had to forfeit 1 nights pay.

NOTHING QUALITY about King Suite Room 224. My detailed Terrible 2 day experience Please don't be misled by the pictures online because that is not what you actually get when staying here. Those pictures are either of another Quality Inn or when this one first opened. I have stayed at a few other Quality Inns before and they were decent places but this one was far from it. I should have noticed the red flags when I first arrived. It seemed like it took forever for someone to come to the counter so I could check in. I was beginning to wonder if anyone even worked there. After I got my room key and headed down the hall towards my room, I passed by a gentleman sitting in the hallway with a large trash bag. Not one to judge but I think he actually might have been homeless. Once I made it to my room I thought I had walked straight into a refrigerator. I managed to find the heat and cranked it up as high as I could. After about 45 minutes or so it reached a little more comfortable temperature. I proceeded to try and find a place to plug in my phone charger by the nightstand. I was a little blown away when all I could see was a couple of 6 foot cords for the lamps, that were stretched to capacity to be able to reach the outlets a good way down the wall. I finally managed to find an outlet that was bolted to the back corner of the nightstand. If you need to plug in more than one item, I suggest you bring a 3 way drop cord or power strip with an 8ft cord along on your stay. It just seemed to keep getting better from there. I attempted to enter the bathroom so I could unpack my toiletries only to be met very quickly by the back of the shower wall. I almost face planted into it so you might want to be careful when entering the door. There is very little clearance between the door and the shower wall. Heaven forbid if you need to go in the middle of the night or have a bathroom emergency situation. They really should have a first aid kit in the bathroom or a warning sign on the door. I could really see a concussion, broken nose or bloody nose at the very least happening with the weird bathroom layout. After I finally made it safely into the bathroom, I went to the counter and noticed a large crack going across the sink entire bowl. You can really start to see the quality in this place now. I never could get any hot water in the sink even after letting it run for several minutes. Maybe that was so the crack in the sink didn't get any bigger or maybe that's something you have to pay extra for. I finally gave up on it and turned around to find the most crooked toilet. To begin with I thought it was just the lid on the tank that was crooked, but after further inspection, I realized the entire toilet was mounted crooked in the floor. That might have been done so the door could clear the toilet. I wanted so badly to fix it but knew that wasn't going to be an option. The shower turned out to be even scarier. I turned the knob to get some hot water going and a terrible sound started coming from what I can only assume was the pipes in the wall. I thought I was about to strike oil for a minute there. After the terrible experience in the bathroom, I figured I would watch a little TV before turning in for the night. That turned out to be a whole different type of terrible. The small around 32 inch TV is placed so far away from the bed area you almost need a pair of binoculars to watch it. I decided to make due and push the chair in the room slightly closer to it so I could attempt to watch TV. I turned it on and had a sudden flash back to the early 80s from the legacy style TV guide that popped up. It would have been nice if they provided an available channel list for you like most other places do and believe me I looked everywhere for it. Instead you can randomly click on channels to see if they work until you find something to watch or give up. I think the guide had 1000 or more channels that might possibly be available. If you are a brave soul and do decide to stay here don't bring anything of value or make for sure that you pull up and out when closing the door behind you each time. I initially didn't notice it until I was returning back to my room, but the door jam seemed to be slightly crooked. I figured it out after coming back to my room and the door was cracked open. After I asked the cleaning personnel if they had been in my room cleaning and they said no, I did a little investigating to figure it out. I think I'm almost to the last of the bad things about this place and then I will tell you the few good things I can say about my stay. I know why the breakfast included is free because if you don't get it first thing in the morning don't waste your time. I attempted to get a cup of coffee on my way out around 9 am one morning and it wasn't even lukewarm. I wasn't even going to try any of the food at that point. I ended up getting breakfast at the nearby Biscuitville instead. At my time of check out somewhere between 9 and 10 am again there was no one to be found at the front desk. There was however, a box that said if checking out please drop key card here. Now on to the good things which there were few of. The bed was surprisingly comfortable to sleep in, the heat worked once cranked up on high, and the room had a clean smell to it but not an overwhelming one. That's it for the good things I can say about my stay at the NO Quality Inn. I only managed to tuff it out and stay there for 2 days because my reservation was nonrefundable. You better believe I won't ever be staying there again unless they are under new management and undergo an extensive remodel. I think next time I'm in the area I will be trying out the Holiday Inn Express across the road and praying that my experience there is a whole lot better than this one was.

Pitiful stay Checked in late to this hotel- bed comfortable but it ended there. $100 hold on credit card is not on my receipt. Person at check in and check out was wonderful. The sink leaked and underneath a towel was tied and soaked. The floor was soaked as the drain leaked as well. The carpet was filthy and there was missing furniture. But on the ceiling dead so didn’t move. Not what we expected at all from a Quality inn

Cheap place to sleep I picked this hotel as it had pretty good reviews but also was one of the cheapest hotels in the area. As I was arriving late, and planned to leave early the next day, amenities weren't at the top of my list of priorities; only a safe, clean, and quiet place to catch some sleep. I didn't even turn on the TV. Cell signal was good, so I never connected to WiFi, either. The room was clean and in decent condition, but it was obvious it was in need of a renovation. Toilet seat was loose, tub faucet was not lined up to the plumbing, loose panel on the AC unit. Nothing was a a big issue. Plenty of hot water for a morning shower. Bathroom had a weird setup, with a wall in the bathroom very near the bathroom door - you had to be very careful of how you held the door was you opened it as there was very little clearance between the door and wall when you opened it.
