Nice location and clean Great location off highway and very clean. The only bad was breakfast was not what we were expecting and was told it was the governors fault not really sure. The beach is a short drive and the battleship is across the bay. Many restaurants near by as well

HORRIBLE ROOM...location is the ONLY thing this hotel has going for it Hotel is in a GREAT location but dag gum that room was not good! It started off when we got there to check in, the person at the front desk was, maybe in a blah mood? not sure, but ... so we get to our room and it "looked" okay when we walked in but then we started looking around and it looked like someong threw up on the couch, and when we were gonna get ready to shower...oh NO it was NASTY. And the handicap bar in the tub was so loose when you grabbed it! & looked like mold or something growing aroudn the top of the tub. We DIDN't want to take a shower, but we did since we had been driving 8 hours and had another 8 to go the next day. We could not WAIT to leave. Look at the photos and you will see. I promise i will NEVER stay here again and for $ 168 total NOT HAPPY. for this price i expect a LOT more! Will NEVER stay here again!

If you have allergies, this is not your hotel I normally skip the review, but I would like you save you from our experience. We could not cancel because we booked the day we stayed and we did not try... The front desk seemed to want to avoid conversation while checking in and I am thinking it is due to the overwhelming smell of mold when you enter the building. I truly wanted to blame it on the fact that half the building is being renovated. In hind sight I am not sure it is being renovated or "treated" It was unaccessible. Whatever or wherever it was coming from, the smell was all over the hotel. We went out and got some air freshener to mask the smell as we were only staying one night. The breakfast was fine.. We didn't expect a lot more. We were both feeling sick anyway. Our room overlooked the pool. It was completely covered and not in use.

Disappointing We have had many good stays at Comfort Inns over the years. This was not one of them! The staff was great - couldn't have been nicer, especially Tomika, Robin & Shaun. Shortly after we got into our room, we noticed constant noise from above. Tomika apologized, was very understanding & moved us to another room. That one was quiet, but not clean. The sheets were dotted with yellow hardened "cheese" drips. The comforter & bathroom weren't as clean as they should be either.

If you are sensitive to smell do not pick this place! We have stayed at a Comfort Suites Motel many times in our lives but we have never come across a bad one like this. The place had a really bad odor throughout. It was very dirty and the furniture was old, worn out and outdated. Our room smelled like mold, it was filthy, and the bathroom was disgraceful. When I called the front desk to complain about the smell in the room they told me it's the sanitizer. This was the 5th hotel we stayed in on this trip and we have never smelled this type of sanitizer in other hotels. I was very sick by the time we left the hotel the next morning. The people who worked at the front desk have a really bad attitude towards the customer and don't even smile when you walk in or leave. If you are sensitive to smell and don't want to stay at a dirty old place do not pick this place!
