Comfortable and Responsive Our check in person, Sri, was awesome. He was patient, diligent, and put our needs first. The room was clean and very functional until the TV stopped working. Sri came to the room and found a loose connection which allowed us to watch. The breakfast was excellent for continental.

Very nice hotel... Except for the Internet and hidden fees. This hotel should have gotten 5 stars from me. It was a good price, well-maintained, had a very comfortable mattress, plenty of pillows, decent-condition furniture (including a couch in the rooms with one bed), micro-fridge, and plenty of space. The breakfast was typical Days Inn fare (nothing hot other than waffles, but some variety of danishes and cereal). There was also a nice looking indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel's location was good as well. However, there were two major issues that caused me to drop my rating. First, upon check-in, I was charged a $1.50 "service fee." When I asked the desk clerk to explain, he had difficulty understanding my question (due to English language fluency). Eventually, he explained that management charges the fee for "room service." I still didn't understand, because obviously Days Inns don't provide room service, but I was unable to clearly communicate with the clerk, so I let it go. I will be contacting Wyndham on this, because the fee was not included in the quote I received when booking through them. The room was cheap enough that they probably could have just risen the rate by $1.50 and I wouldn't have known any different. But charging hidden fees like this is unethical, and I try to avoid businesses that treat their customers in such dishonest ways. Second, the Internet was atrocious. The hotel's Internet infrastructure is insufficient to handle the number of rooms they have. In the evening (when everyone was on), the WiFi kept kicking me off, and was very slow when it would let me on (less than 1 Mbps). In the morning (as people were checking out), the Internet was great (50+ Mbps). If the hotel is going to charge a "service fee" for amenities such as this, the amenities need to be good. This is especially the case since the room I booked was marketed as a "business room." I was going to say something at check out, but alas, I was checked out by the same clerk who checked me in (and didn't understand half of what I said). This combination of issues made me not want to return to an otherwise perfect hotel. In the 21st century, any hotel that markets themselves as business friendly (and charge hidden service fees in order to provide such service) has to provide at least decent internet. If you don't need to work from your hotel, this might be a good choice. But I probably won't return.

WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN The man at counter is Rude and Extremely Unfriendly, this is far nicer words as to how he treated us! They only take credit cards, no debit cards. Oh and no Credit building credit cards. The place SMELLS Extremely bad, stale smoke and mold. Wyndham shouldn't have them on their app and should be ashamed to have their name part of this property. Do not believe the Award Winning Property B.S. there is nothing award winning about this property except for Award Wiining DUMP & RUDE SERVICE.

BAD STAY!! DONT RECCOMMAND We came to stay for the weekend my mom walks in and they don't let us stay because my mom doesn't have a credit card just a debit card and they won't accept it. Then the man at the front desk gives my mom a card for the managers number and it's just the number to the front desk! DO NOT Recommend!!!
