this motel takes pets! The General Manager (Mandy) was very professional when it was discovered that we were billed for 2 nites...she quickly refunded our credit card. Very cordial and nice lady! I recommend this motel for travelers who want to get off and then on the freeway quickly.

Building Decay Parts of the building are falling apart and have been taped off with hazard tape. The elevator has been broken since early February 2021. Requests for first floor room are met with “none available “ even though the parking lot is almost empty. Some kind of feces in the hallway. Not sure what critter left it there. Wouldn’t be here if company didn’t have a contract with them. Not recommending this hotel.

Spend the $ to stay elsewhere I had to stay two nights to visit friends in Indiana and was looking to do it as inexpensively as possibly. I regret that decision. Hmmmm, where shall I start? First off , when booking I didn’t receive any kind of confirmation number or confirmation email, anything like that which should’ve been my first tip off that things are kind of casual here. So I checked in rather late on a Friday evening and during this time of COVID was distressed to see not only guests “hanging out” in the main lobby not wearing masks but the young woman who checked me in was not wearing one properly. ( it was around her neck). My next problem was that when I tried to use the key cards I was given to get into my room they didn’t work. Much to my surprise there was a gentleman coming out of my room as I was trying to use the key— he apparently was checking out. So I returned to the front desk and that little problem was solved as I was given another room. When I arrived at that room it looked OK except for the fact that the heating and cooling system was absolutely filthy so I took a few minutes to use the wipes I had brought to clean it and when I say filthy I don’t mean maybe a day’s worth of dust , there was actual dirt on my wipe, as if the equipment hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I should also mention that although I had requested a non-smoking room this room has definitely been smoked in at one point. The smoke smell was not that obvious but I could definitely detect it.So couple all that with the fact that the hotel is literally up against the highway and that the refrigerator in the room made a banging noise all night, I didn’t get any sleep for two nights. The towels are practically threadbare and the AC didn’t work. But that was on me because I could’ve asked for help but I just didn’t feel like it. The second day I was there my key cards stopped working and had to be reset 3 times. Allegedly there was a grab and go breakfast but unless you were up at the crack of dawn they were gone by 9:30. Considering the number of hotels that are in the vicinity I regret not just splurging and spending the extra 30 or $40 to a book one of those.

Needs upgrading Stayed here one night to be close to the airport. Place definitely needs a serious upgrade. Room wasnt that great nor was housekeeping. Took about 20 in the morning to get someone to the front desk to get checked out, they were outside smoking. Couldn't even get someone to answer the phone. Definitely not going back.

Disorganized & Not clean First room they gave me had the tv blaring and I thought someone was in it, nope. Trash not dumped, open bar of soap in bathtub, not vacuumed, missing some towels. Second room, heater/ac wall thermometer broke and not working, not vacuumed. Third room not vacuumed, and soap residue/scum in soap holder/not cleaned, mirror dirty/not cleaned, and bath mat was not dried all the way/still damp. Third floor hall door to get to rooms the handle is broke, have to take elevator to 2nd floor then walk up outside stairs to the 3rd floor. The women putting breakfast away, I thought were hotel guests...they had shorts and flip flops on and were sitting eating when I came in. I stay here for work, and since it closed and re opened it has just gone downhill. It used to be one of our best hotels to stay at.
