Was looking for a comfortable one-night stay durng a road trip. Comfort Suites doesn't disappoint; all was as I had expected. Excellent, quiet, spotless room; b'fast was great. Helpful & courteous staff. Good location close to f-way; exactly as I needed for my road trip. Can't go wrong here. Will be stopping here every time I come through.

Check other hotels in area This was an ok comfort inn. I would look at hotels in the area first. Not within walking distance to any restaurant except for Arbys. That Arbys was not great. The rooms are a little odd with the bathroom in the middle of the room. The hallways were not very clean and some of the areas were in need of repair. Had to go down from the 3rd floor to the first just for ice.

Very nice, very large room On this Midwest trip we traveled to 12 different hotels, all about the same quality range. This hotel was very nice. It was clean and updated. We had booked a regular king bed room, but it looked like we had a 2 room suite! The free breakfast good. Towels were a bit old and yellowed.

Missing something Not bad, could be better. Room 219 alarm clock didn't work. AM Breakfast eggs were cold. No orange juice. Coffee was not fresh brewed. Complementary afternoon cookies were tasty. Staff was friendly. Could need a refresh on furniture in rooms. Very close to many restaurant options.

Sleep with one eye open Employees stayed there for business. One room had bugs and the other room had a lock that did not work. When the employees spoke to the front desk, they were told there was nothing they could do about the lock and the bugs....they were completely booked so there was nothing they could do about that either. They did take a phone number, however, never used it. When employees got back to work, I tried calling and was told to call back to speak to the manager...he was aware of the issues. When I did that (twice) no answer...no surprise. I would definitely think twice before booking this hotel.
