Great Location and Service We arrived early, and to our great pleasure, we were able to check in immediately. Pam helped us at the checkin and she was a 5***** employee!! We had everything we needed (microwave, small fridge, lots of storage) and we were minutes away from Deadwood attractions. We also had a breakfast that was included.

It’s clean, but I’ve stayed at nicer Hampton Inns Like most Hampton Inns, this one was clean and comfortable. Parking is very difficult in the crowded parking lot across the street. It’s a very congested area so don’t expect to find a parking space easily. Staff was pleasant, room was okay, clean, but not as nice as most Hamptons. As for breakfast, it was a disappointment. Very small dining area for such a big hotel and very limited choices. I would stay here again if I couldn’t find a nicer place with easier parking.

Decent hotel - get the suite with the hot tub inside Decent hotel. We got a suite with the hot tub inside. We were surprised at the size of the suite. There was a living room area and another room with the bed and the hot tub, TVs in both rooms Hot tub is a decent size for 2 adults. Very slippery though, they need to put some bathmat in there, you end up sliding if you sit back a little. For the price that we got, I wouldn't complain though. If I had to pay extra for that room because it's a suite, I don't think I would. Everything seems pretty old and needs some upgrades. Furniture is 70s-80s style. Otherwise, clean and decent.

Would stay here again but not room 200. I like the location of the hotel. Friendly staff. The hotel has air fresheners all over or throught the vent system. If you're sensitive to those things I wouldn't recommend staying there. The scent was not in the rooms though. We had the whirlpool suite. Room is nice, the bed is stiff. Noise from the street behind the building is noisy in the am. The room also shares wall with the house keeping laundry so you hear and feel the washer dryers going.

Don’t waste your time. Horrible check in experience and I’m a Hilton honors member. Room was filthy, and shower supplies were out. Don’t come here even if you’re a Hilton honors member. Hotel was sold out so there were no other rooms available. Hotel not up to Hampton standards.
