Lucky to find! Very reasonable, clean and friendly. Front desk was so helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Room was very quiet and comfortable.

A+ stay at the Baymont Excellent stay a very friendly staff a great breakfast great location. I will stay here in the future and bring the family and pets next time. And by the way, the cookies in the afternoon are delightful. Can’t wait to get back to Decatur and stay at the Baymont.

Home away from home My stay was the most enjoyable and stress free. Every one was so friendly and welcoming happy to assist in any way. The rooms were nice and super clean! There is nothing bad I could say about this place. It’s a big thumbs up for me!

Just keep your opinions to yourself and you will be fine Please let me start by saying I accept responsibility for leaving my stuff. My grandson was helping me load and I completely overlooked my 2 bags. That being said when I realized that I left my computer bag there I called. I talked to the manager to see if he could take them to FedEx which is less than a mile from the hotel and I would get them boxed and shipped from there. He told me “no, there isn’t anyone there that can do that.” I feel he was still upset with me when I expressed my opinion about finding dirty underwear and trash in my room. The were behind the tv stand and under the chair. He said that he apologized but sometimes those kinds of things get overlooked. I had to rent a car and drive 4 hours both ways to pick up my bags because he wouldn’t take them to FedEx. He said he tried to call me but my phone number on the check in sheet was missing 3 numbers. Well, I guess googling an area code with my address was too different. It’s called customer service. He didn’t do it because he didn’t want to so this disabled grandma and her autistic grandson took an 8 hour all day trip. Again it’s my fault for not double checking my bags but I honestly feel the manager could have helped me. If you stay here I would caution you not to upset the manager.
