Angels in the Horizon Let's begin with check in, meeting Janet Poche warm welcomer. Eight rooms to check. Janet being the welcomer helped the transition from the lobby to our rooms with ease we are a seniors group. "Women United In Truth For Change" under the leadership Theater of the Creative Conscience. All on same floor making traveling from room to room easy. We are Seniors and pleased our room had sufficient safety measures. The breakfast, waffles eggs, sausage juices the whole nine yards and FREE. Karen the housekeeper took care of our every need. The pool area was off the chain we relaxed we talked we shared and we thanked for this little blessing. Check out was just as easy. We just want to thank you for making our time in the Sunshine State memorable. We're already planning our next vacation time here again. Madam President Nadiyah Muhammad

Horrible experience We didn't enjoy our recent stay (3 nights) at this hotel. We experienced multiple issues. 1) AC in the room is worthless. It doesn't dry air at all. Carpet, bedding - all feels wet all the time. Any used towel remained wet for 3 days we were there. Smell in the room was also unpleasant because of that. 2) Towels and bedding had very noticeable stains as well as hair... yak! 3) Outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. At first we thought it was hairdryer, but after second one we realized it was an outlet. Reported to the front desk but problem wasn't fixed. The outlet just outside of bathroom was working, but not holding outlet plugs in place so was totally unusable. 4) Came downstairs for breakfast at 8:30 am (served till 10 am) to learn they were out of food. Instead of bringing more food, breakfast lady (6/21/24) just removed labels. Waffle mix that morning was just like water in consistency. No labels for food - no expectations? Other days we were down for breakfast before 7 am and it was better except one of waffle machines was not working and employees could care less. Serving area was not clean either so as tables. Overall area where hotel is located didn't seems nice or safe. Other guests reported something was stalled from their vehicle overnight and asked if our car was ok. On the positive note, pool area looked amazing (didn't have a change to use). Front desk recognized me as hhonor at the check in. Lobby area seems very nice and clean. WiFi cables installation was in progress throughout our entire state but it didn't bother us. This is probably one of worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Won't be returning for sure.

Nice hotel with convenient location. We stayed at this Hampton as we were in Deerfield Beach for a few days. Our room was well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast seemed to be standard fare for what we have experienced at most Hampton Inns but I will say that the egg and protein offering at breakfast changed every morning. That was a nice surprise.

Breakfast Superhero !! This hotel is just the best. Enjoyed being here and all the amenities. My daughter had a blast in the pool and the room was amazing. The best part was when we went to breakfast. My daughter, who is a picky eater, didn't see any pancakes and got upset. I I asked the attendant if there was any and she said no. I turned to my daughter and told her there was no pancakes, and she got visibly upset, which the attendant did see. Just a short minute or two after the attendant, Yisel, came out and showed me she had some pancakes. She went to heat them up and gave them to my daughter, She was so super excited to have her pancakes. Thank you to Yisel!!!!! She went out of her way to make my 6 year old happy and I appreciate that.

NOTHING FAMILY "Family hotel"? Well, let's starts by saying they allowed smoking in the pool area. Kids runing around the pool and people smoking (not just cigarettes). The staff at night is reduce to nothing, the front door has no idea who comes and goes. We stayed 3 days, I tried to used the gym all 3 days..the TV was on the news (last thing I want to watch when I am working out), I went to the front desk all 3 mornings (around 6am) and there was no one....finally last day a woman was there but she said she did not had the TV remote control for the gym. The Breakfast is very poor. No choice of non-dairy (who drinks cows milk these days???). If your kids have any dairy or peanut allergies, avoid this hotel! The coffe tasted terrible, very few choices of tea, only basic bread, 2 fruits (banana and apple). Anyway...in the good side, the rooms are big and the holtel is new, so that means clean for now and it is well located.
