poor or lack of maintenance Our stay was great, but the room is badly lacking in maintenance. The doorknob on the bathroom door was so loose, it is just a matter of time until it falls out of the door. Also the towel bar was loose from the wall. There is no way housekeeping could miss these things, so either maintenance issues are not reported or they are not acted upon.

Awful They receive no stars, worse hotel and customer serve ever. This hotel steals your money! Charges your credit card for a no show. When you were at the hotel and paid for your room. Corporate will not help and says there is nothing they can do, since somehow my card got connected to other rooms that did not show up. If you stay, there check your receipts and make sure you are not charged for other people not showing up.

Fine Hotel in Delta The bedding has been updated since the photos were taken. Everything was clean. Staff was fine. Opened the door at 8 am without knocking. I think a squirt gun has better pressure than the showers. Bathroom is small and the whole room was uneven and leaning one direction.

No integrity I had an issue and tried for two days to contact a manager. I called and left multiple messages. Was told my call would be returned. There was zero integrity. My calls were never returned. I wouldn’t stay anywhere where the customer care is this terrible.

Great stay, great rec center option! I was in Delta with my husband on a business trip. This Quality Inn was clean and friendly. They accommodated a late check out for me so I could have a place to be while my husband had meetings. Biggest plus was passes to the Bill Heddles Recreation Center. What a great full service facility with multiple pools and vast variety of strength training equipment!
