NEVER AGAIN. We stay at LaQuinta's often. This has been the worst. We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights #200 & #201. The hallways stunk and were so stuffy they were stifling and smelled moldy. Our floor had a hall AC unit but it did not work. The ice maker for the floor, also was broken the entire time we were there. One of the rooms was a suite. The bathtub was filthy. It is a jetted tub with mold all in and around the jets. You could see where the wall had a hole. The repair was a joke. The room with double beds you could not close the privacy curtains. The curtain rods were only about 4 inches long so, therefore, people could see in and the light came through. The 2nd night there we went and bought a claw clip to clip it closed. The shears looked like someone had literally wiped poop on them. We got all the kids ready to go swim to entertain them until the family function we were in town for, walked downstairs to find that the swimming pool was "closed for the season" WHAT????? It's the end of June, the beginning of July. That was never told to us when booking, nor was it stated anywhere or we would have chosen another hotel. The breakfast was horrible. We ended up going out to eat the 2nd morning. We would have canceled our reservations and not stayed had we had a choice but there was a big concert at WinStar so all the hotels were booked. We will NEVER stay here again.

Train Wreck This place is a joke, poorly managed and indifferent employees, Perfect place to stay if you want a miserable time. Have left messages for the manager to contact me and have heard nothing. I give up. I have never been treated in such a rude and condescending manner.

Great staff. Unclean rooms The staff was great and friendly. The rooms need a lot of attention and so does much of the rest of the hotel from the cleaning crew. We had to stay here because there was a power outage in our city. Very grateful they had rooms available as they were going fast. La Quinta needs to step up their game in this area.

Nasty - Don’t be fooled by the clean lobby! The rooms are nasty, nasty, nasty! The first room had bugs (plural) in the bathroom and hair on the floor. When I went down to the lobby to talk to the manager, she snapped at me. I asked to switch rooms (I NEVER do this)! The second room also had bugs, but at the door this time. The floor throughout the room was filthy. There were blood stains on one of the pillow cases. I threw it over to the other bed. I was so exhausted from a very long drive, I just gave up, went to bed and prayed I didn’t take bed bugs home. The shower water pressure was low making it impossible to wash the nasty feeling away.
