Excellent Stay Our family had an excellent stay at this Hilton property. Check in process was a breeze. Our room was spacious, nice and clean. The entire hotel appears to be recently remodeled and everything felt new. They offer a great breakfast. We were very close to the TWU campus for a sporting event.

Enjoyed this hotel Brand new - probably a full renovation, but the property was very nice, located in a quiet place with restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking, staff was courteous, rooms were comfortable. Breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the coffee hot and the food replenished quickly.

Not Up to Expectations This Hampton Inn was below par for what we have come to expect from Hampton. Based on reviews last year, we would not have stayed here, but because subsequent reviews said it was undergoing renovations and was improved, we chose to take a chance. We found the front desk personnel to be very friendly and helpful. Our room on the third floor was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, we found the bathroom lacking in counter space. Clean towels and wash clothes are stored on the very limited counter space. The bathtub had a low spot where water didn’t drain out of. Where a closet would normally be was an unneeded wet bar. The closet area was difficult to access with bifold doors next to one of the beds. Lighting was inadequate. I was very disappointed that the fitness room did not have a treadmill. We found breakfast to be lacking. We did utilize the guest room laundry and was pleased with the machines available. Renovation was ongoing in certain areas, so maybe improvements will continue to be made.

One and Done This hotel was a disappointment. The Lobby made a good impression but the elevator was dirty, the hallways needed attention, and our room had a tub that had standing water and did not drain. Icky stuff came out of the tap. We changed rooms and it seemed better but the next morning my husband killed a roach on the floor. The staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. Maybe they are poorly trained. One and done for us. We will look for a different Hilton next time.

Great Stay! Located close to UNT. Great stay. Rooms are quiet, and very clean! Breakfast was great. Lots of variety. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Location is very close to UNT. Already booked again for May 2024 graduation! Highly recommend this hotel for stays in Denton.
