Great comfortable accommodating clean This hotel is great. Wonderful staff! All the people at the front desk I met during my weeks day were so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding, and the breakfast staff were so kind to make special arrangements for me as well. Everybody there seem to care about mice day, which showed, the rooms were super comfortable the beds and pillows for dreamy . There is a beautiful walking park around the lake across the street and an ice cream store across the parking lot. This is a good example of what I expect from Hilton. I thoroughly enjoyed this day and hope one day to go back. I even had the pleasure of meeting the engineer, Bradley he was so nice and answering my questions, I don’t think I’ve ever had the opportunity to talk to somebody behind the scenes at a hotel. He clearly had a customer orientation and was well trained for service. I appreciate the service orientation showed and everybody I met.

Great Location! Close to Buc-ees We have tried a lot of hotels in Denton, and this is by far the best. It is located by BJ's, Chuys, and Beth Marie's Ice Cream. It is near a park if you have children and just want them to get some outside time to play. It is next to the Cinemark theater as well, and just around the corner from Buc-ees! The staff was friendly and the rooms were well-appointed and very clean. The pillows are super fluffy! Also, they had FULL bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers instead of the little bottles. check-in and out was seamless. We will make this our permanent hotel in Denton whenever we go back.

It’s a yes This was the second time I have stayed at this property, and the second time I have been very pleased with my visit. The management on front desk team here are exceptional. They were beyond kind to me, my niece, and both of my dogs . I would absolutely stay again the next time I am in Denton

Nice Homewood Facility Three nice days at the Homewood in Denton. In spite of the intense heat the room was cool and very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty crowded on the first two mornings (Saturday and Sunday) but the food was good. A very convenient location for vising family in Denton. We have stayed here several times before and we will definitely be back.

Maintenance Needed This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The carpet needs replacing in the rooms and hallways. Most of the furniture, but especially the couches in the rooms need replacing. The drapes and shades need replacing. The showers and tile in the bathrooms need replacing. Overall, our room was in shabby condition. The air condition cooled fine, but had a loud rattling noise every time it came on. The toilet in our bathroom never stopped running after being flushed.
