Not relaxing Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Other guests said the same thing happened the night before. Witnessed some guests packing up and going to another hotel. Had a room near the elevator where people gathered and talked loudly while waiting for the slow elevator.

Stay close to airport Hotel was a good location for our last night in CO being close to the airport. Also, included shuttle. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Do not waste your money or patience on this hotel! I recently experienced the most shocking display of terrible customer service at the LaQuinta Inn Denver Airport DIA. After reading the other reviews of this hotel, it is shocking to learn that this was not an isolated incident. At check in, the hotel clerk stated that if our key didn't work, try it again and move the handle the other way if we had a problem. Odd to me that door problems are so commonplace that they are giving instructions about it at check in. One of my coworkers had to make multiple trips to the third floor with defective keys that did not work. After the third trip, he asked the front desk clerk, Diego, if something could be done to fix the door or to move him to a different room. Diego told him that he could not do either of those things, and that if he had a problem, he could check him out. My co-worked asked if he meant check him out of that room and check him into another room, and Diego responded no, he would simply check him out of the hotel. At that point, my coworker asked to speak to the manager, to which Diego responded that he was not available, and that he was just going to go ahead & check my coworker out. He advised that he was going to call the police and have him removed. My coworker at this point was exasperated and told him to go ahead. Eventually the manager did come in 20 minutes later and got a key that finally worked, even though Diego had said he was not available. That a front desk clerk would behave in such a manner for what is obviously a known issue is beyond belief. Above that, I had holes in my sheets, mold in my shower, there was trash in front of the elevator that stayed there over a day, the breakfast shuts down promptly at 8 am even though the website states that it is open until 9 am. The doors from the rear and side parking lots do not work with the room keys, forcing you to walk all the way around the building. After staying at places like the LaQuinta in Braselton, GA, which is so clean and friendly, it was an incredibly disappointing shock to encounter this rudeness and poor maintenance. Someone from Wyndham should look into this property, and start by reading the reviews to see what other people have endured!

Save your money, you will be frustrated! Zero minus Zero. How much time do you have? Room keys don’t work, requested another room and Hotel Clerk became rude on our request. And they even warn you of the issue, well fix it before I have an issue for 3 or 4 times!! Room dirty and abused, needs a major refresh! Spend your cash elsewhere!! Never again!!
