Not the best, but you get what you pay for! This place confused us before we even came here, because it was booked for us by my husbands company, and it was called Super 8 by Wyndham, Midtown. A Google search doesn't come up with anywhere by that name though, and instead calls it one of several names - Ramada, Quality Inn, Rodeway....seems to have changed hands a few times! I read some of the terrible reviews this place has on here, which made me nervous, but I decided to expect the worst and anything up from there was a bonus! Yes it is basic and has some faults, but it is also cheap. Here are some of the pros and cons: The good... Near to the city centre. We did a lot of walking or caught buses to save money on taxis, and found it pretty close to the places we wanted to go. Pepsi Centre is about a 20 min walk, LoDo 25 mins. We had to walk for about 10-15 mins to catch buses normally, and a 10 min cab ride costs about $7-8, but expect to add on 10-15% for a tip (15-20% in cafes and restaurants). Cheap (ish)! - While not super cheap, this is probably one of the lowest cost places this close to the city. Free breakfast - we are vegan so we used a lot of our own food at breakfast and obviously didn't try most things, but there was cereal, muffins, bread, bagels, some hot food (potatoes, patty looking things), and you can make your own fresh waffles. Staff were all real friendly, helpful, and approachable. The bad... 1 inch gap under the door (which opened to the outside), so we had some pretty chilly drafts blowing in, especially as it was January! Bathroom door didn't close or lock. Not a major problem as just me and hubby here, but felt a bit exposed at times! Weird heating that blew out cold air for about 10 mins before kicking back into heat again. We made the mistake of leaving it on for the first night, and woke up completely dehydrated with sore throats. The air in Denver is already very dry, so add heating/aircon and you'll need to up you water intake! Fridge in room had a broken temperature dial, and it must have been set to freezing because it froze all our food! We ended up just leaving our food by the draft of the front door, as it was probably about fridge temperature there! We told front desk and they said someone would look at it, but I don't know if anyone ever did as it didn't get fixed! Whole room was a bit run down, with some suspect stains on the carpet! No plug in the sink, and sink tap water never came out hot, but the shower was nice and hot and decent power. So all in all, I figure that if you go for the cheapest hotel in town then you need to expect it to have some faults. I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again, but as a base and a place to sleep it did the job for the week.

Wort. Hotel. Ever. Worst. Hotel. Ever. How can I count the ways? Was there for a family event, had no choice but to stay there, didn't realize how bad it was until we were in the room and already paid. They now refuse to give a refund. Total ripoff and will go back to airbnb rentals. The following is a partial list of the problems I had: 1. No microwave in room (as advertised) 2. No fridge in room (as advertised on their website) 3. No hot tub (i have a bad back and specifically made reservation here for this, was told by apathetic desk clerk they haven't had a hot tub in 3 years.) 4. No buffet breakfast (as advertised on website) It is a very sparse continental breakfast, with stale bread and powdered creamer. 5. A.C. is kept high in hallways to cover the smell of weed and mold 6. Shattered glass to pool area (looked to have been that way for a long time) 7. Restaurant not open during most of our stay (not "all day, everyday" as advertised on website and sidewalk sign" 8. Two lamps not working in room 9. Bathroom fan not working in room 10. GFI outlet for hairdryer not working in room 11. Only working outlet in room had multiple illegal adapters, which overloaded the circuit 12. Very poor shower water pressure 13. Water temperature alternated between scalding hot and ice cold 14. Found a pair of men's shorts on floor outside bathroom 15. TV would not tune in, all snow on screen 16. Carpets stained in room and hallways 17. Charged for parking without being advised of charge 18. Torn and frayed bedding 19. Peeling paint on walls, especially bathroom 20. Tape on curtains 21. Six police vehicle in parking lot when we came back from dinner, officer informed us two armed suspects came "running through the hotel" 22. Obvious illegal activity, likely drugs and prostitution, with constant coming and going of very scary and dirty people. Other out of town travelers we spoke with were as upset as we were at all of the misrepresentations and outright lies on the website. This company should be ashamed of this hotel and make immediate changes in management. What an embarrassment to the Wyndham name!

Not a Ramada Hotel WARNING! If you see the street address as Zuni the hotel is not as advertised this is NOT a Ramada hotel. We booked for a Ramada with it's amenities however the address is actually a Quality (not so much) Inn. Very few amenities and absolutely not as listed. Priceline customer service did assist however hotel stay very disappointing to what we actually booked & expected.

Go somewhere else I just an early check in and since the ramada midtown is connected with the super 8, I was given a room at the ramada part. The bed was the only good thing about the room. I literally had to wear my boots to walk around because the carpeting was hideous, which is horrible for me since I love walking barefooted when I'm relaxing. The mirror in the room was ghetto rigged to hang on wall that my husband touched it and it came undone (nails holding it). Don't stay here spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Don't stay here Maybe they have rehabbed this place since I was there but if you have concerns for safety and cleanliness this is not for you. My 'favorite ' thing was : the hotel is built in a hill. So the third floor walks out to the parking lot. We found homeless people coming and going from this door which was propped open in the daytime and unlocked at night. Overall, Generally shabby yet expensive.
