HORRIBLE Initially, we were placed in a smoking room despite our preference for non-smoking accommodations. Upon speaking with the manager, we were relocated from a room on the 2nd floor to one on the 4th floor. However, once on the 4th floor, we observed that the majority of the rooms were undergoing renovations. There were numerous male workers stationed on the floor with their tools, equipment, and personal belongings scattered throughout the area, creating a disorganized and uncomfortable environment. As two female guests, we felt uneasy in this situation, especially given the fact that our room on the 4th floor also had a non-functional toilet. We raised these issues with the manager on duty, but she was dismissive of our concerns, stating, "it states on the website that we are under construction and you booked a non-refundable stay." She also stated that she could not do anything since we booked through a third party side which was incorrect. We booked our stay directly through Choice Hotels but she did not care about our proof of this. We believe that the lack of a working toilet, coupled with being placed on a construction-heavy floor with an overwhelming presence of workers, should not be considered acceptable or safe accommodations for any guest. The manager’s unprofessional and unhelpful attitude only added to our discomfort, and despite our reasonable request for either a refund or transfer, she refused to accommodate us.

I do not recommend, very disrespectful and uncaring attitude towards guests. When we checked in, we found that the toilet was clogged. I repeatedly asked the reception to call the staff and have it punched. They smiled at me and promised me something, but it never came in 24 hours. We were forced to go to the first floor guest restroom. Draw conclusions.

Alissa Is Amazing! I had an early morning flight and was planning on working remote from the Hotel Lobby as it was way before normal check-in time. When I arrived, Alissa looked up my reservation and offered to switch my reservation room type from 1 King bed to 2 doubles in order to facilitate an early check-in at no extra charge! I appreciated this very much and was able to get a quick nap in my room before starting my remote work. Hotel was clean, bed linens were soft and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great! Hotel is in walking distance to various restaurants, casual food places, and gas station convenience stores. I would stay here again as it is a convienent ride from the Denver airport.

Good nights sleep, good value Good value for the money. Beds were very comfy, room was clean. The heater worked well, which can be a bit of a hit or miss for those under-window units. Rated 4 because the breakfast is adequate only. The waffle maker is standard, there were biscuits and gravy, the Canadian bacon looked like it had been just dumped out of its plastic wrap into the warmish water. There were no eggs and didn't appear to be any room for any, although there was salsa and shredded cheese out. So, lots of carbs, not many other options. The hotel is on a main road so there were lots of sirens. But the room didn't feel crowded, the water was hot, the tub was clean.

A big NO! AVOID THIS PLACE !!! Booked one night online. When I arrived, lots of scary people hanging out in the driveway and lobby. All the hotel rooms windows were open. When I walked into the lobby, place was a disaster. Apparently, this place was being used as a shelter for immigrants as they were being issued their evening meal rations in the lobby. I was told that my reservation was being moved to another property and that I had to go to a Best Western nearby. I was still billed for the stay at the Comfort Inn but couldn't collect the reward points for either property.
