Mr. Leewood, Architecture and fantastic service. If you like historic architecture, the nicest front desk staff, the courteous valet staff this is the place. The cherry on the top was Mr. Leewood Grove, the Concierge. He knows evey bit of the history and absolutely loves sharing it. Whenever he saw us admiring a part of the hotel he was ready to answer any questions we would have. Mr. Grove, I pray our paths cross again.

Bad holiday service I planned this Christmas trip months in advance because it was meant to be special for my family. I chose this hotel after researching Christmas breakfasts in Denver and personally calling the hotel to make sure everything was included. I spoke directly with a hotel representative and confirmed several times that the Christmas breakfast was included for all of us. I was clearly told yes. When we arrived on December 25th, we were told the holiday breakfast was not included and were incorrectly told the reservation was made through a third party. That was not true. We explained the situation calmly and repeatedly, but the front desk showed little interest in helping or finding a solution. This situation was disappointing and frustrating, especially on Christmas Day. Instead of feeling welcomed, my family felt dismissed. What should have been a joyful holiday moment turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience.

Worst experience in a restaurant Do not come here they lie on the presentation and in phone calls they promised an included breakfast and they were charging me 3x for the breakfast that I previously paid. Please if you make a reservation record the phone calls they don’t deliver and the front desk are the most useless people in this planet

Magical place with history LEEWOOD made this hotel an experience! We stayed at the Brown palace for a night and it all the way around exceeded expectations. For the staff to the room to the incredible lobby decorated for Christmas. Leewood is the hotels resident historian who spent extra time with our family. He educated us on the history of the hotel and made us feel like we were in a magical place. I cannot recommend this hotel more and the cost seems high but it is an experience and truly worth it. When we return to Denver we will for sure revisit this beautiful hotel.

Samuella was best at front desk Samuella, at the front desk is the best. She got us checked in and handled everything we needed. Great hotel with great service. Very efficient front desk service in conjunction with the valet service and the Concierge. We should all be so lucky to be greeted by Samuella, at the front desk.
