Clean and comfortable Conviently located just off the interstate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The pillows and mattress were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Overall, a very nice stay. We would certainly stay again if we ever pass through again.

Buyer Beware! I booked this hotel a week ago at the "Lowest Available Rate". I get on 2 days ago and discovered the rates had fallen dramatically (over $50 a night). I am a Choice Hotel member, so I called to see why this was happening to me. They stated (from a foreign country) that there was nothing he could do even though there is a "Book with confidence" when speaking of the lowest rate and even states it guaranteed by matching with the lowest rate in addition to a 50 gift card also. I received a message from a hotel person that wanted to know the details. However, after explaining in great detail, I haven't received any more contact for over 10 days now. Very shady practices associated with this hotel.

Location/ Convenient/ Super Comfy This Comfort Inn & Suites is always on point! You can't beat the location (right off the expressway) with free parking & next to Wells Fargo Arena & many venues & restaurants. The staff were super helpful & friendly--they even let us have a late check-out! The beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom & other areas were very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the work-out facility or pool. The complimentary breakfast included hot items--scrambled eggs & sausage & DIY fresh Belgian waffles! Also breads to toast and many other offerings. Will definitely stay here again!

Close to event center We went to an event at the Iowa event center. This hotel is just one block from the north entrance of the event center. The breakfast was great. Lots to eat and fresh. However this is an older hotel so the rooms are small and could use a little more repair. If you don't mind doing a few flights of stairs I would ask for a lower room. There are only two elevators and they are slow and small. Check in was super and the lobby is large. Lots of parking.

Don’t stay with a team Terrible, don’t stay with a sports team! Got kicked out of lobby seating area at 10pm. Our baseball team was staying here. All parents were super respectful having conversation at a normal volume level. We’ve stayed at many hotels with WAY better hospitality and have never had anything said. They told us they couldn’t hear phone calls, which was absolutely absurd.
