Dirty Hotel The place is dirty and the staff does not care. Roaches, stained floors, low water pressure & broken toilet paper holder. The gym was closed the whole time I was there. Don't stay here. Find yourself a Marriott property. It used to be an ok hotel but it has gone way down hill.

We will stay here again We will definitely say in this hotel if we are in the area again! The hotel was clean and very easy to access right off I 35E southbound. The room was clean and the bathroom shower was very large and there was tons of hot water. Our room faced the interstate and there was some road noise so I would use a sound machine/app to help cancel that out.

Not to bad Not a bad place to stay. My stay was four 4 days for business. The free breakfast was ok. What you would expect. The only issue I noticed is that room service was lacking. The trash was taken and add a towel, that was it. Front lobby staff was friendly. Because the hotel in in an industrial area be careful going out late night though

Hampton Inn - De Soto Tx. While on business I stayed at this hotel. Was not a pleasant stay. They only had 1 working elevator, (which was fixed near end of my stay). There were multiple days the room was not properly serviced. Had to ask for towels, toilet tissue and soap several times. There were kids being allowed to run and yell up and down the hall of the 4 th floor. The coffee bar was left a mess for several hours two different times. The dryer was broken in the laundry room causing me to have to go to the hotel next door to dry clothes.

Okay location First of all, the fan, when it even ran, was so loud you almost needed ear plugs. There were small black bugs showing up in the bathroom on the counter so had to close up everything in suitcases. The water at the sink flowed at just a trickle, fortunately the shower was better than that. It was okay for note night,
