adequate but not clean we were here for a week for a death in the family. i will say that the hotel was adequate to meet our basic needs of providing a bed and a bathroom. the front desk and restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful. food was good. very convenient to have restaurant on site. however … the place is not clean at all. not sure the carpets or upholstered furniture have ever been cleaned. my husband and i had allergy symptoms every time we were in our room. the toilet seat was barely attached and kept falling off. stains all over the bathroom. rusting out areas. no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. we were told at check in that room cleaning was done every other day - that is absolutely fine and acceptable … unfortunately our room was not cleaned once during our week-long stay despite us specifically asking on day #5 to please have our room cleaned. we heard someone else talking to front desk person having same issue. at least the front desk was happy to give us fresh towels, a new bar of soap and box of tissues. we are huge fans of Hilton and always stay at a hilton when here is the chance to … i would say that Hilton should be embarrassed to have their brand in this hotel. it needs a massive cleaning and new furniture and a major overhaul of room service cleaning system.

You can find better Everything was clean, food was good, however, we were told that they did not honor our Hilton Honors Diamond status, which was pretty petty as that only meant, here at a Garden Inn, $10 dinning credit for my wife and I for a total of $20. Worse though, was how snarky the front desk person was when my wife pointed it out. That person was the most rude Hilton staff member we ever came across.

Dirty room I did not feel the room was clean and up to Hilton standards. The bathroom vent was literally filthy, as well as the hair dryer and shower. (See pictures). We also left the room at 10:00 am and returned at 2:30 with room that was not cleaned. Very disappointing.

Wedding Overall staff friendliness was terrific, internet spotty during two night stay,bathroom shower doors leaked and it was evident from rust that this was an ongoing issue, Kerrigan maker was very dirty,tv had tiles as we watched anything from thurs to sat .breakfast was pricey 19.00 for what us usually a free included with stay meal, bar was ok restaurant food ok ,would not return to thus particular Hilton unfortunately.
