Excellent Hotel, Staff and Location Excellent 3* hotel with everything you need. Great location close to Dolphin Mall ($9 Uber), very friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable room. Did not experience any of the issues other reviewers did (good hot water/water pressure in the shower for example), and we will certainly return when we next visit Miami.

Unsatisfied customer !! PISS POOR !! I mainly booked the hotel because it stated their was free Wi-Fi & it’s proximity to the mall was exactly what I wanted, upon going to send emails I discovered they were in fact lying and the hotel had NO WI-FI. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and ends of cereal and chips were on the floor , the fridge was keeping nothing cold, when turning on the AC it gave it foul smell for almost 2 hours before it faded , the sink had a built up of mold. Once I stand outside the bathroom door and look into the bathroom I could see MOLD built up around the inside of the toilet which completely grossed me out. It was my first time traveling with my fiancé and my first experience and sad to say it was not enjoyed. The breakfast looked amazing but after seeing how the room was kept I was afraid to eat the breakfast . The hotel stated I could not get a refund so I was forced to stay and endure the crappy stay . I would not recommend nobody to stay at this place. Ooo yes!! , the bedsheet had blood on it and also the pillow cases , all I could do was sit on the chair place my head on the desk and try to get some rest. My fiancé was truly upset but tried to keep it together . I’m 100% disappointed that after paying my hard earn money this is what I was forced to accept . Hampton y’all need to do better & be honest about the services y’all offer and not lie to paying customers just so y’all can get a dollar . Unsatisfactory!!

Stay with family Booked king suite but washroom was clogged. Shifted to queen suite where AC of living room was not working. There was no WiFi and no room phone working. Asked for compensation and they said to contact app through which it was booked. Worst experience.

No Internet Three nights stay on business, no internet. I was told on the first night that the wireless was down but would be back up the next day. 3 nights without internet and the ability to catch up on work is a deal-breaker. Otherwise, the room and breakfast was nice.

DIRTY ROOMS post COVID19 Upon arrival at the hotel for a four-night stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Despite arriving late on a Friday for a funeral, the next morning. I discovered dried blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases, along with a malfunctioning TV displaying everything in a purple tint. This late Saturday afternoon. Given the circumstances, I chose not to immediately address these concerns with the front desk. As I had a lot on my mind after burying one of my friends. During checkout, when asked about my stay, I mentioned these issues. However, the front desk response was kinda dismissive, leading to a rather disappointing experience. Subsequently, a representative from corporate reached out, albeit in a somewhat passive-aggressive manner, offering a minimal amount of Hilton points without a proper apology or acknowledgment of the room's condition. This experience highlights the importance of consumer awareness regarding the cleanliness standards (post-COVID-19) of Hilton Brand hotels and the corporate response to customer concerns, lacking empathy and understanding of the situation. As a result I will go out of my way to avoid this brand in the future
