Great family hotel Stayed here with our family(two adults, two teens, and a toddler.) we were very impressed with the size of the rooms, cleanliness, and the breakfast. Breakfast had so many options, including waffles! The staff were helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend!

Rude unprofessional service My husband has stayed at this hotel on and off for several months now. He has been working in Douglas the area. He has told me over and over again how rude the employees are. I believed him, but this afternoon I got to experience it firsthand. He was on the phone with me, when there was a knock at the door. He answered the door. I heard the house cleaner say that they were there to clean the room. He asked if he could just have two more minutes. She said no. We clean it now or we just give you these sheets. His reply was, wow, you're rude. He has more details on the rudeness that happened with the employees at that hotel. He would stay elsewhere but his company arranges his hotel stay so he has no choice. If you're reading this review, you do have a choice! Spend your money at a different place where people actually care about your stay.

Good stopping place! The breakfast lady, Freda was very friendly & helpful! She was so kind to the grandkids! Stephanie that checked us in was understanding & tried to accommodate all our requests for our room. So the staff was fantastic! The hotel needs updates! Our window didn’t lock properly & the room smelled musty!

Rendezvous in Douglas, WY We stayed two non-consecutive nights. I rendezvoused with my wife when she was travel-nursing in South Dakota. The hotel is conveniently located off of 25. However, the entrance is tricky at night after a busy travel day. I entered through the McDonald's off Wind River Drive and West Yellowstone Highway. The staff is friendly, but I was not recognized as a Choice Privileges Diamond member. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was the typical Choice Hotels fare. There were eggs, bacon or sausage, and make-your-own waffles. Due to the meeting point, my wife safely left her car there while we traveled the next day and returned for another night before parting.

Just as good as the 4 star hotel I stayed in a few nights later in a major midwestern city Very welcoming and patient check-in even with my tired kids. Stayed one night. I have a fancy hotel branded credit card for corporate travel and this was my first time at a Sleep Inn. I have to say, the comfy bed and nice breakfast buffet were just as good as any 4 star hotel I've stayed in for work.
