Wonderful stay! Great staff!!. Clean large rooms comfortable beds. Did I mention how great the staff is?!!! Consistent Wi-Fi service . large property. Plenty of parking. Huge Truck parking at the very back of the parking lot .The swimming pool is located at a good central location and has been wonderful and clean to cool off in.

Horrible Worst hotel ever if i could leave a no star review I would, the lady upfront was horrible to us and our group. We came to visit our out of town friends after a concert and not even 5 minutes in we were called and scolded for having more than 4 people in the room granted only 4 people were staying. This lady cussed out our friend and called the cops for having 2 extra people visit his room that he paid for!!! This place had bare foot kids with adults pushing shopping carts outside of it yet having someone visit was a no no! Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Side note in those 5 minutes 3 roaches were killed.

As a customer great service was provided from this hotel!!! I love the Team that works here, they are friendly and have great customer service. They will always be my go to hotel when I’m in the douglasville ga area!!!! Thank you guys for all the Hospitality!!!! Great Job!!! All the workers are great people

Great value for money The room is super clean… The staff was nice and courteous…great ambient atmosphere…very easy access from I 20 interstate…Fast and hassle free check in procedure…surrounded with a popular restaurants nearby…Overall good experience….

Cockroaches and broken down This hotel was terrible. There were cockroaches in the room. The door to the room was broken out of the frame and would not stay closed. There’s paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod bracket is broken out of the wall. There are a lot of semi trucks parked outside in storage and repair, there were impact wrenches running until 11 PM and car parts laying in the parking lot. The carpet smells bad. The walls are paper, thin in the room.
