Pleasant Stop Over after a Ling Drive So we booked this stay at nearly 10 PM on a Saturday evening after an attempt at a stay in Douglasville at the Sleep Inn from Hell! Pleasant and smooth check in for 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and friendly at check in amd check out. Good value.

Dirty…don’t even bother This place was not clean at all. My sheets were torn, the pillow slips had makeup on them and when i requested them to be changed, I had to do so myself. They do not give extra towels only exchanges. The room was not clean. The shower and shower heads had black stuff all over it. The AC unit was broken. It was a mess!

Won’t stay again Usually stay here when traveling through to visit family. I always arrive late! The hotel now turns off the hot water at 11pm so NO shower! Waited until morning to shower and the blow dryer caught on fire!!! When I told the person at the desk, they just stared at me like I was from outer space! Hotel is old! Staffing indifferent! Go somewhere else!

Poor mahagement. Even when informed about problems management showed no concern or willingness to correct the situation. The manager was almost more confrontaional than willing to correct the situation. I travel frequently but will make sure to make advance reservations at a better choice.

Mini getaway Hotel was nice and quite. Cleaning staff only works until 2pm, so if you are a late raiser your room will not get cleaned. Bring your own pool towels and to shower with!!! We had to repeatedly ask for towels.
