Great Place Perfect location mid-way between San Diego and Glacier National Park. Very clean and comfortable, with nice breakfast. Easy to find right off the freeway. We got confused while on vacation at Glacier and inadvertently stayed a day later than planned. The Quality Inn got us a room the day AFTER our reservation and did not charge us for both nights, which was very kind and accommodating.

My second review. My second review. I just read my review from a previous stay. Unfortunately, the same problem I mentioned a year ago still exists. The exhaust for the bathrooms still not working. The fan on the roof of the building needs to be repaired. The exhaust fan removes the moisture from when you shower and poop smells from the bathroom. With the fan not working, the moisture fogs the mirrors and could possibly cause mold growth and the poop smell, well, just stinks up the room. This is a common problem on many hotels. This is a no frills, clean hotel. I hope management reads the reviews.

The worse place on earth DO NOT STAY HERE.... YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!!! where do I begin, I had booked through Priceline and I booked for 6 nights and here is how it all began. I came in late so I was not able to see things to clear but I've noticed some stains on the bed and on the pillows, so the next morning I've found the house keeper and asked her to please change the pillows and change the bed due to the stains on it (poop Stains). I came back and nothing was changed, I called front desk and no-one came to do anything about it, as I tried to take a shower that night, I've noticed that the the towels had a fault smell to them and they had yellow stains all over ( no I didn't use them) I called the front desk again and nothing happened. I went to my friends hotel and I pass the night there so no need to argue with the front desk at that point( its midnight now). I came back the next day and I flipped on the front desk that I at that point I've been there 3 days and they had not changed or clean the room, so the kid working behind the desk came up and tried to help me but some idiot name Rash came up behind him and in his native Indian tongue told the kid to go pretend to find a room but to come back and tell me that they were no rooms available to simply do it to make me shut up. when I told him that I understood what he had said and done with the helper he became a complete idiot and started yelling at me and closing his fist and pretending as if he was going to hit me and told me flat out that he didn't give a F.... if he had to beat my A.. so he he told me that he was not going to clean or do SH... for me and that I need it to get that F... out of his hotel and he threw me out of the hotel, picked up my bags and threw them in the hallway.. i left because I didn't want to het arrested. so if you want your life threaten, Bags thrown just because you want what you paid for,(clean towels and a clean bed? than you need to stay away or you will get your as.. kicked and pushed on to the streets. how can this people stay in business? I really don't know. i will cancel my credit card as this is not the way to treat a paying client

Clean and well maintained. Almost 5 stars. The first thing I noticed about the Quality Inn in Draper was cleanliness and good maintenance. It's been a long time since I stayed at a place that meets my expectations. Excellent job by housekeeping and the maintenance person. The only thing needing attention was the exhaust for the bathroom was not working. The front desk personnel were not very friendly or attentive, like we were bothering them. Very nice, clean indoor pool. Breakfast was satisfactory under the current Covid conditions.

Not worth the savings Family of four. Two small kids. This hotel had all the problems you fear. 1) TV didn’t work and wasn’t even plugged in, once plugged in it wouldn’t connect to the cable that was plugged in for Comcast. So the TV was dead for our whole stay. 2) The fridge was too cold, with no knob to turn it. My soda froze and then exploded in the fridge. 3) Breakfast (Covid) was supposed to be a microwave jimmy dean style sandwich, a muffin, a granola bar, and a juice. Our first morning they didn’t give us all the food. I was trying to check since they only gave us three bags and the staff was glaring at me for being skeptical, and then we were two sandwiches short. Are my kids not supposed to eat? 4) I know microwaves are not awesome at heating things well; but our microwave was particularly terrible. The frozen sandwiches (which we only got two of) would not heat through. Even when the cheese was boiling on one half, the patty was still frozen. 5) All the power cords were strewn between the table and cabinet and exposed, which makes for a fun playground for children. 6) Bathroom door was in disrepair. I don’t have photos of that, but it was chipping and peeling. 7) The staff was not particularly helpful. When While none of these problems warranted bringing it up to the front desk, they sure added up. Please pay a few dollars more and try somewhere else. We stay at choice hotels often, and we don’t expect the Hilton, but we do think things in the room should actually work. Beds were fine and normal, and the towels were fine. Enjoyed the full size vanity mirror and lights.
