One&Only The Palm

The most exceptional service with incredible staff This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Not simply because it is beautifully designed and looked after but because the hotel staff are world class. Every member of staff took the time to introduce themselves, support my needs and remember my name. The manner in which they did it was exceptional and not overwhelming. They even remembered the names of friends who came to visit me at the hotel. This will be the only place I stay when I return back to Dubai and you should too! It’s worth the expense.

Absolutely fantastic as always This is our twelfth year returning to our home from home and although I’m not one for writing reviews I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience we have had from the unsung heroes of our holidays The beach team. This is clearly one of the most important parts of our holiday, I’d specifically like to congratulate Mr P Dilshan and Mr Moe Myein for the most wonderful experience ensuring every day was made special by their amazing attention to detail. They are a credit to the one and only brand.

Stunning…..Hotel A wonderful holiday celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. Hotel fabulous and staff could not fault very caring nothing too much trouble! Sean Anthony looked after us during most of our visits to Zest restaurant, so thank you _ thanks to Anna too both an asset to the One & Only The Palm. Many other staff members made our holiday special so thank you all. All restaurants at the palm fantastic with great menus. Stay their Michelin restaurant was a wonderful experience. You also can enjoy a speed boat visit to their sister hotel The One & Only Arabian Court where there is many other restaurants to choose between should you wish to. We will definitely be returning next year _

Outstanding with amazing Staff Congratulations on number one hotels in the Middle East with Conde Nast its def worth the accolade . Ive been visiting Dubai for 21 years and have stayed at all the acclaimed best hotels , within the UAE and worldwide so feel I’m well versed to comment if something is excellent we have been travelling most years if not a couple of times per year to Dubai and Abu Dhabi and I also have the status of destination expert for Dubai from Trip Advisor We have recently returned home from a wonderful stay at one and only the palm. The hotel is stunning inside and out and located at the end of the West Crescent. views are lovely and its quite vast , larger ground than you would think for a hotel with less than 100 rooms/suites so its really bespoke to your needs , great buggy service to whizz your around if your room like us was in the grounds and not in the main hotel. Getting on and off the palm was also easy def easier than on previous stays at other hotels -I think they have taken up all the speed bumps that used to be around that area. We stayed for three nights and it was outstanding. We were in a palm view room with direct view of the beach the room is huge by Dubai standards and very luxurious. Fantastic bathroom set up with a lovely vanity area to do make up and hair for us ladies. Full size montri products that you can take away from Paris as bathroom products. Super comfortable beds and perfect air con. Fantastic large balcony with a full table and chairs plus a sofa and table and plenty of space in the room to relax with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this status. We had some lovely flowers and treats left for our arrival. The check in at 1am was perfect and quick. The dining is outstanding esp on the half board and the bfast is more or less cooked to order with exquisite products and attention to details. We only used the main pool which was lovely. We ate at both 101 and zest outstanding as part of our half board offer- no supplements on the menu for Zest and only a couple which were very affordable at 101 ie the Wagu. We spent a lot of time chatting to staff as they genuinely care and take a interest and the food and beverage manager Vinceto is lovely and has a great team working under him. Our host was Noushad who is the team leader of the hosts is remarkable – not only he is a lovely man to chat he went way and over for us, he arranged for a stay at the amazing babs al shams which is part of the same group for the end of our trip – separate review on TA and also sorted getting us some ID to me via whats app sent when we went shopping as we didn’t have our passports with us to purchase some jewelry. The service manager also came to visit me to ensure we were having a perfect stay. I cant describe how good this hotel is or how relaxing, it makes you feel you are immediately enveloped by staff that care and really go over and beyond to ensure your stay is super perfect. From our arrival of stepping out of the car to leaving nothing could have been better. I could go on and on, but you must go and see for yourself –. I didn’t get the chance to use the spa but will next time. My husband did enjoy the gym. Lovely little gift shop in the hotel. Needless to say having been home less than one week ive rebooked for next year for 6 nights . So cant wait to see all the staff again as I feel we have made some friends for life with this hotel. We will then also revisit the fantastic Bab al shams. To outstanding hotels so id feel disloyal not going to both if time permits. There is large ratio of staff to guests so you are well looked after with lots of staff so everything is timely and very efficient. I was def made to feel like a very special VIP . Thanks for such wonder memories. You gave us a amazing trip and we will be regulars coming back. Mrs W stayed 25th Sept for three nights in mansion block 6 room 655 from memory.

One of the best hotels ever Wow, the service level at this hotel is over the top! We were here for a 3 night Emirates layover, getting in later in the evening. Front desk/baggage/cleaning/beach/pool - all wonderful. We had a junior suite with a private pool which was on the beach and I loved jumping into the pool multiple times a day to cool off (Dubai is super hot). We ate the first night at the bar late which was great. Breakfast was included and extensive. On our second night we took the boat shuttle over to the other One & Only for dinner at the Asian Eauzone which was fun. Room service one day for lunch which was also well done - flowers included. Gym and spa great. Everything super clean. Loved it.
