Next time it's Marriott-free parking _and_ free breakfast Won't ever stay at a Garden Inn again, will seriously rethink anything in the Hilton brand. Bed was so hard my back was killing me the next day, I had to pry information out of the front desk employee as he wasn't providing it on his own, the alarm clock went off at 6:00 AM (I checked in late so this wasn't appreciated), and the kicker was the "parking recovery fee" I had to pay for self-parking in a standard hotel parking lot. It wasn't a parking garage or small downtown lot where space is at a premium; it is in a business park with several other hotels (where I should have stayed) and banks. The best I can say was there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Very disappointed in Hilton.

Customer Service = 0 The property is ok. Customer service was awful. Desk clerk wasn't there half the time. Breakfast we bussed our own table and after paying for the breakfast option (I am Hilton Honors Silver), they tried to tell us it was buffet only and not an option to order from the menu. We took silverware from the to go snack bar because our table didn't have silverware. Personally, I didn't like the decor at all - red is not a calming color, but I knew that going in. Headboard was gross and you could see stains on the wood. They charged to park at the property, without even asking if we had a vehicle. Amount stated in the Hilton app is $5.12, but my receipt from the hotel shows it as $8. Go literally anywhere else!

Nice hotel, restaurant and bar not open for dinner. The hotel property is very nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bar nor the restaurant were open for the evening hours. They are serving breakfast. We like Garden inns for the convenience of an onsite restaurant for dinner after a day on the road. We were told the restaurant should be open in a couple weeks.

Completely Meh I am disappointed in our experience. Hotel was clean and neat. They charged us $4 something for parking every day- the hotel is in a business park, not a downtown location. They want $17 a person for the breakfast buffet. They buffet was mediocre breakfast that other hotels provide for free. Room was meh. Nothing special. There are a ton of hotels in the area- I find no reason why I would come back to this one.

Good start bad ending. May it be my favorite hotel any more. Husband booked room for me during home renovations. I arrived and was offered a free breakfast due my husband’s loyalty status. I, too, have loyalty status. I confirmed when I picked up my breakfast it would be free and was told it would be charged and then removed. I ate breakfast two days of the three I was there. When checking out the breakfast was still on the invoice. After much dickering I did get a credit of 10 per day. I was told I should know it’s not free. I never asked for breakfast, it was offered. I would never pay 16 for breakfast with less options than a Hampton Inn. I hate being told I should know when clearly I didn’t nor should this be in my list of things I should know. I only took what was offered. Additionally, restaurants not open for lunch or dinner as promised on web site. The parking charge is kind of silly. It’s a large suburban lot with the “not responsible” signs everywhere. You could literally park in nearby parking lots for free or on street. When I traveled HGI was usually my hotel of choice due to amenities and safety for single women traveling. This has come down a few on my list. Room was fine. I didn’t need housekeeping as I was working during the day. Location was as expected. You will need a car.
