Better than before I booked a few hours before arrival on a 3rd party site. The room was small but VERY comfortable. Had a Generously sized fridge and a small microwave. There were 4 electronics plugs and one C USB port. All are located on the lamps in the room. There were 2 caffine and 2 decaff coffee pods for the in-room coffee maker. The alarm clock has a VERY BRIGHT nightlight built in. If its too bright for you (rm 145) or other, just try turning it over and dimming it with a switch. The bed had a VERY thick mattress, was clean, comfortable and had 4 pillows. I found the room to be VERY CLEAN but as usual with budget hotels, they NEVER empty the dust on the A/C filters so be advised to beat it on the walls outside. I experienced a VERY easy and polite check in. Do note that you have to give a $50 deposit if paying with a card and maybe more if paying with cash. The hotel also makes you sign a waiver now agreeing to no parties, loud music, and a few other things like I think smoking in the no-smoking room will cost $125 in damages should you be caught smoking in there! Best budget hotel for a quick night's sleep. No frills, waffle, egg, danish, oatmeal and coffee breakfast from 6-9am. Check-out at 11.

Stay somewhere else This is one of the worst choice hotels that we have stayed at. We usually stay in Lawrenceville but decided to stay here for the first time in a few years. It was better 3 years ago. Upon check-in I felt like we were at the DMV. The person behind the plexiglass was like a robot. Also, being a platinum member we always receive a free food gift of some sort, nothing here. Then to the room. We asked for no a smoking room, not realizing they still had those. We should have asked for a room that didn't smell like dog. The shower had 2 settings, cold or burning which was within a millimeter of touch. The towels were thin like tissue paper. If you go thru choice to book the hotel then choose another. We come to town every few months and next time it's back to Lawrenceville.

NO QUALITY IN DULUTH!! Good morning, Unfortunately, I was very displeased with the conditions of the room, that I purchased on memorial day weekend, which costed me $247.12 plus $50 dollar deposit, which was refundable. with the conditions of the room, (in my opinion) there shouldn't be a deposit AT ALL!! Upon arrival as I entered the room, I immediately smelled the stinch smell... maybe it's the carpet that needs to be deep cleaned or maybe the room hasn't been getting cleaned like it should be. there was also urine present under-neat the rim of the toilet seat, along with urine and tissue present in the toilet, so therefore it was NOT CLEANED!! There was paint peeling throughout the entire room. there were also rusted areas around the doors and hinges and on the outside of the refrigerator door, at the bottom. I seen a roach that was present on the wall, along side the curtain by the window, there were white paint stains on the curtains which was noticeable. I didn't mention to my daughter, who was present with me at the time, ALL of what I seen, because I didn't want her to freak out!! The white covers on the bed closest to the air condition, had brown stains on them. scribble writing was present on the lamp, that sits on the desk....but I thank GOD I came with all of my cleaning supplies, like I would normally do anyway, because I literally had to wipe down and sanitize everything in the room, before I brought our belongings into the room. Unfortunately, if I could have afforded to stay somewhere else, I would have but every where else was booked for the weekend, with extremely expensive high prices for hotel rooms. Needless to say, the price that we as people pay to stay somewhere when we have to travel, the accommodations should match pricing!!
