Living there at this time I just would like to say my stay there is very comfortable the staff is very friendly and willing to help with all your needs .I recommended this hotel to anyone .The manager is very friendly and works with you to help with what ever needs you my have. The hotel is very clean and the mentaince always here to save and clean nice guy.

Great service! I booked a room early When I arrived I was greeted by DJ. Great service all around. She was very accommodating and had answers for all my questions. I love the staff here. Will definitely be booking again.

Bad timing but good stay I read the reviews and I guess I Misunderstood a few things When my family and I missed our flight out of Los Angeles we had to catch a later one witch made us Arrive in Atlanta late 11:30 pm So like I said I Misunderstood some things from the reviews well I did not know that the office closed at 9:00 pm witch means I missed My reservation and so my family and I had to find somewhere else to stay for the night witch means more money spent and so the next day I called booking. Com and let them know that I missed my Reservation so that I would not be charged so I went back to the hotel and told them what had happened and the manager helped us out she Gave us a room it was clean bed was nice it was on the main floor Witch is what I wanted we stayed for 6 days never had any problems with the front desk or any of the Residents every one was helpful the people who lived there said good morning and hello I never Felt out of place and for that I can Say it was a good stay they only Clean once a week but that was ok For me I don't like to be bothered Any way it's not above me to throw Out my own trash and there is More than one entry and exit at the Hotel they have 4 front and back and 2 side doors so for the price you get what you pay for it is in a very good area surrounded by every thing you may want and need so in Conclusion i want to say THANK YOU SUN SUITES FOR A GOOD STAY.

It's a good deal but not worth the value they price it at The outside of Sun Suites is clean, has ample parking, quiet and very close to the Steve Reynolds 85 exit. The first thing you notice when you review the Queen Suite room is that it is very spacious! There is a dividing wall separating the bed area from the "living room", giving you a bit of privacy from the view of the front door. The kitchen area is large enough to hold a long table and two chairs and have plenty of space to move around. It is exactly as pictured. The other great thing is this really nice flat screen TV that can extend out and swivel from the kitchen to the bathroom! The entire hotel recently converted to "smoke free" Then...... you notice the flaws and start having a talk with yourself: "Is this REALLY going to bother me?"- The crack along the edge of one of the walls, the exposed corkwood along the entire border of the kitchen counter, the outdated and used furniture, the gap along the wood suite door the lack of hangers, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, rotating plate in the microwave, no kitchen utensils (not even as a rental option from the front office), the fact that you have to take the trash to the dumpster yourself..... If you are in need of a spacious accommodation with pretty good wifi (3mpbs upload/download) for .99 cents a day, a big TV with basic cable and HBO, a mini fridge, an average shower, a couple of towels, and you're not picky about the flaws AND you got the room for discounted rate, then this is the place for you! If you are just staying for a couple of nights AND you got the room at a discount, this is a good place for you. But if you were are in need of an actual extended stay, the lack of amenities will annoy you after awhile. For $38 a night (Travelocity discount), this place is a good deal. However, Sun Suites' advertised price of $59.99/night is overpriced. They do not offer essential extended stay amenities and you may want to consider another extended stay hotel.

Nice Place It is very close to the interstate. The only complaint is that they had feather pillows on the bed, I had to get other pillows.The brakfest was not kaped stocked we had to ask for baken . and the did not have milk for the coffie after the brakfest was over
