Better than expected Went to hear the band during their SMASH weekend on the hill. Since they started early, had burgers. The burger evaluator in our group said it was the best. Actually was surprisingly good. The other really like the unique fries. Fun time, relaxed atmosphere. Will be back

No sheet, no pool, no contact When we checked in we found the top sheet for our bed balled up and in the corner of the room on the floor. The pool and hot tub were closed. The night clerk was high. When we complained, we were told the manger would be contacting us to offer some kind of compensation. That was three weeks ago. Nothing.

Nice Place By Spirit Mountain We had a good experience here and I would like to share why! Good location to Spirit Mountain although current construction made for an extra few minutes drive, not the hotels fault. Check in was smooth and easy, Angie (I believe was her name) was very nice and personable. She asked what floor we would like and put us on the opposite end of the construction so it wouldn’t be loud in the morning. Room was recently updated and nice. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in our double queen. We opted for a 3rd floor room since others commented on upstairs noise issues. We also kept the fan on the air conditioning running all night so that helped with any noise. I did hear a few trucks on the hwy, but I was already awake. Pool was nice, hot tube was out of order for servicing but the kids had plenty to of dun in the pool Breakfast was good/average for free. We would stay here again if needing a place by Spirit!

Be forewarned: it was bad!! This place was awful. A few complaints: there was a cat roaming around, animal poop near the elevator, the pool was closed (staff told 2 different stories about why) and wouldn’t offer a discount (our hockey team has had reservations as a group since Oct), pot smoking in the hotel and nothing was done when a complaint was made, sketchy/rude staff, dirty rooms, safety hazards (missing smoke detector, unsecured side entrances, unsecured door to the filled pool/hot tub), workers were never at the desk, people smoking cigarettes and pot right at the entrance (including employees), dirty breakfast area, and the list goes on… I didn’t include all pictures from the dirty rooms from others in our group since this was supposed to be my experience. Hoping they share them as well!

Disappointed Stayed in the kitchenette suite and the beds were awful. Two of our party left a day early because the beds were so bad. Also, breakfast was limited and not good. Runny waffle mix, no eggs or bacon in the warming drawers. The pool was so full of chemicals the water was hazy. My kids found plastic cups in the pool. Overall disappointed, especially for what we paid.
