Wrightsville trip 2024 Very comfortable room, beds were great. Staff member was very professional. Would definitely stay again . There was a graduation party going on downstairs but our room was far enough away we did not hear anything. There are several restaurants nearby and it is convenient to the highway

Had an Excellent Stay Upon arriving to the hotel I noticed how clean and well kept the outside of the hotel was as well as the parking area. There was plenty of parking available which was a relief because we got in pretty late. The front desk clerk was very friendly and got us checked in very quickly. We were on the third floor so we took the elevator up. The halls smelled clean and were well maintained which was great! Our room was easy to find but we had a slight issue with our key card not wanting to scan. After about four tries it finally opened. The room was awesome!! No stinky smells or weird stains anywhere to be found! It honestly looked like a room in an upper scale hotel. I was really impressed! The bathroom was large and everything was spotless! The only issue we had was the sink faucet didn't work the best. It really needs to be replaced. But the water was cold/really hot which was great. The bed was also very comfortable with tons of pillows. The AC worked properly with no issues. The WI-FI was also excellent! I had a great connection on the third floor. Breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. We really enjoyed it! Overall we had an excellent stay and would gladly stay again if we're ever in the area again. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice hotel. I honestly can't say enough GOOD about this hotel.

Highly recommend I would highly recommend this hotel. First, I want to commend the young woman working Saturday and Sunday dayshift (July 8 & 9) and the young man working second shift on Saturday (July 8th). Both were very professional, friendly, and very helpful. Saturday evening, we realized that the AC was not cooling the room and the desk clerk promptly checked on it and moved us to a different room. The rooms was very clean, in a great location, and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative is that a church met on Saturday night until about 8pm and then again on Sunday morning. For those who stay in the rooms over their meeting room, the music and noise is very loud. I was surprised that this was allowed since the hotel did not have conference rooms per se that were separate enough to prevent the noise.

Extremely dissatisfied My first experience staying at a Choice Hotel was a week ago near Quantico, Virginia and it will definitely be my last. Though the front desk personnel were friendly, the customer service within the company is awful. We had a bag of items (worth over $300) and prescription meds go missing from our room while we were out for the morning. The room was noted as - “bathroom being cleaned while you were out.”The items were on the side of the sink in the bathroom when we left. The general manager responded by saying the hotel is not responsible for “ misplaced or lost items. “ Our belongings were NOT lost or misplaced. They were either taken OR accidentally thrown away by someone that cleaned our bathroom. I have contacted Customer Care several times to once - be told they would handle calling the hotel to deal with it- and twice -that they couldn’t do anything about it, it would have to be handled by the hotel itself. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. How is it not the hotel’s responsibility to compensate the customer when items go missing during their stay? We travel often for travel sports and this chain will NEVER get my business again. Thoroughly disappointed. On top of our missing items- we had to be moved to another room upon arrival. After using the first time, our toilet overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The elevator and stairwell smelled like sewage and had to be cleaned several times during our stay at the complaint of numerous customers.

81 yr old aunt Minnie My sister & I drove to Triangle VA from Philly we went to visit our 81 yr old aunt. We stayed at Comfort Inn which was approx 10mins from our aunt house. The location was good, the staff was great including Ashley, the room was clean, beds very comfortable slept great, very quite area. Will definitely stay here again
