Great Hotel! Great little spot. Room did not have couch as described, but not a deal breaker. Haven't seen an outside pool at a hotel in so long - it was amazing. Down side was you coukd here everything that was happening outside, I'm sure that was due to my room location.

Sure stay Duncan Oklahoma The staff was very welcoming. The beds are comfortable, rooms were clean. Breakfast area was always neat and clean.

clean and spacious The staff was amazing, room and hotel in general very clean and spacious. The only real problem was the beds were so dang hard, not firm, hard, that our backs hurt all night, couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep

Great place to stay for the price. Very reasonably priced. Room was a little dated but was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast items offered were limited but what they did have it was good. Close to many places to eat on the main street of Duncan.

Business Trip Everything was excellent. Service, breakfast and comfort of my room. Front desk personnel are awesome. I will be back when the next swine conference is in town. this i the only place for me to stay outstanding customer service.
